Family Rated Club sent me HATCHIMALS COLLEGGTIBLES COSMIC CANDY MULTIPACK WITH 4 HATCHIMALS at no cost to me in exchange for my review and posting on my social media. My youngest cookie was elated when she discovered her new toy this morning! She’s been at home on this rainy day introducing her newest hatchimals to her collection. This toy is a real long time favorite—I love their small, cute stylings and how durable they are. These cosmic candies have features: cookie got ‘clear’ and ‘glitter’. She wants to surprise me with the last two when I get home from work. -

We had a little bit of trouble getting started because the access code that came with the kit did not work. Neither did the second code provided by the customer service rep. But as the saying goes, the third time’s the charm! We were off to the races. I tried handing it over to my 10 and 5 year old to play with but they were unable to successfully get it started and the only thing they missed was rotating the lens to clear the image. So other than that it was pretty straightforward. It does take a bit of fine.motor control to turn the reel without taking the whole apparatus off your phone. The stories are Disney adorable. The music is good, but not necessary so they can still use this even if you need to be in a quiet area. I do wish it were more of a read-along instrument. -

I gave this box to my production assistants, my crew, my shenanigan monkeys in charge to assemble and test out. Assemble was pretty easy, but some parts didn’t fit together well. My middlest of children was a little disappointed b/c the roller tubes were the parts that weren’t working. They took great care to keep the molding clay wet while working and were really good about following the instructions. The dryer was as good as you’d expect from a toy, so we did have to leave the creations out for a bit to harden up in addition to using the dryer. All in all my future jewelers enjoyed crafting with this clay and they liked the included inspirational demos. -

These were really easy and we spent some time enjoying snapping them from bracelet to necklace and back to animal. They are really cute to wear too! My 6 year old has added these to her birthday wish list! She hopes to grow a collection. -

This game arrived last night and I had to review it by today, so the family was a bit rushed, but this was a fun way to end a work day/school night. It didn't take long to set up and read the instructions. Be sure to have 3 AA batteries and a phillip's head screwdriver on hand. You will also need a cup of water. We played on the kitchen table and it wasn't overly messy. I just kept a towel nearby. I love that you can roll the die and even young children can play because you just land on the color. The doggy is cute and great for sensory kids because it feels squishy. My youngest was worried about getting splashed, mostly because she was tired. My eldest was disappointed because he didn't get soaked (he's 11). The kids pointed out that the roll again '?' on the die was not necessary because it doesn't really contribute to the game. All-in-all it was a quick little game, well suited for pre-school through third grade. My big kids (9 and 11) are young at heart so they too will clamor to play. -

I polished up my fingers and toes with the pretty matte nail polish from Sinful Color collection. It didn’t match perfectly, but it was a nice coral color that screams summer. In an effort to save time and give it an honest review, I followed instructions and applied just two coats and no top coat. It’s definitely matte, but it was a bit sheer. If I were to seriously use it, I’d apply another coat and a top coat to protect it from chipping. I wonder if they make a matte top coat because otherwise, my regular top coat will add sheen. This will probably be a good one for my girls. I really like the gel polishes because they last and last. I couldn’t just part with this little bottle because I really wanted to try the matte. I’ll probably wear it a few more times before summer’s end. -
