As a migraine sufferer I reach for Gatorade any time I feel one coming one and they really help provide relief faster than drinking a bunch of water. They can be expensive to buy individually but a 28 pack at Costco is only $14, or 0.50 a drink -

That was almost 20 years ago and they are still my favourite. The perfect mix of smooth and crunchy goodness. These drinks are a staple in my house. I love the spillproof cap, it definitely comes in handy with my 2 year old. My 4 year old also loves them, as do our two daycare children. Their favourites are the vanilla and strawberry flavours. The raspberry is also a hit; but the banana flavour reminds them too much of medicine. I find they are pricey at the grocery store( 2packages for $8 on sale, which would be 12 drinks) but at Costco you can get 24 drinks for $10 -
