I am 37 but look 28-30. I never wore makeup or dyed my hair until I was 31, so I'm still learning how to use what, where,and when. Oh and I bit my finger nails until 2 years ago.
I love this site because now that I found it I will be reading all reveiws of ANY products I'm intrested in using. also being 37 now my body is changing ( harder to digest foods and taking longer to recover from anything) LOL
Like I said , I'm still kinda new to hair care and nail care that's why I want to try new products. I love giving my opinion and love hearing what other people think.
