I’ve been waiting for an excuse to try this passionfruit hot sauce, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I wasn’t sure if the Thai chili flavor would go with my tacos… but honestly I think you could put this stuff on just about anything.
The first bite is all flavor, then the heat rolls in nice and evenly. And unlike a lot of hot sauces, this one is actually nice and thick, which makes it perfect for dipping too.
Naturally, I dared my kiddo to try it.
He accepted the challenge like a brave little warrior.
Immediate regret.
Followed by aggressive root beer chugging.
BUT… even through the spice panic he admitted it actually tasted really good. So honestly that’s a win.
Looking forward to trying this on more dishes.
Chicken might be next.

I am so freaking excited to get to try another flavor of @thericestuffbox! Last time I had the Thai Red Curry, it was amazing, and this Pineapple Fried Rice flavor hit just as good. I was a bit nervous as I'm not usually a fruit inside things kind of girly but I really enjoyed it! (And was much less hangry after)
These little boxes are honestly so convenient.
I add water and the seasoning, mix it all together, pop it in the microwave, and you’ve got a tasty quick meal.
Some days I just don't. have. the. time.
I love that they’re made with organic jasmine rice, real veggies, clean ingredients, and are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, AND lower in sodium than instant noodles.
Plus, it’s a Canadian family brand, so supporting them feels good too. 🇨🇦

And the Everything Bagel flavor?! My absolute fave. You could literally smell the deliciousness the second you opened the bag 🤤 Instant mouth-watering moment.
So far I’ve only tried them as a pre-workout snack in the car, and honestly? PERFECT. Light, easy to eat, no heaviness , just clean energy when you need it most.
Simple. Clean. Crunchy. Addictive.

Between cheer comps, tryouts, coaching, training, and just real life, I’ve been using AOR Andrographis since I felt a bit of a cold coming on. Not gonna lie, it’s a little bitter and has a bit of a smell 😅 but nothing wild, and honestly worth it when your schedule is nonstop.
Nothing dramatic, but I seem to be doing okay, not as strong as real cold meds, but I also haven’t gotten any sicker, which feels like a win 🙌
It’s Canadian-made 🇨🇦, traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce symptoms of the common cold and upper respiratory tract infections, and I like having something gentle in my routine during chaotic seasons.

Between stunting and pretending I’m still 19, my shoulders and lower back were screaming. This stuff actually helped take the edge off the soreness!
It goes on non-greasy, absorbs super fast, and the fact that it’s odour-free means I can slap it on before practice without smelling like a walking tube of menthol.
This product is becoming a core memory in my cheer bag. If I’m going to keep throwing people in the air at my age, I need all the help I can get. 😂

I love how well this tumbler performs when it comes to temperature control. My icy drinks stayed icy cold for hours, and it even kept my coffee warm while sledding in freezing Canadian temps, which genuinely impressed me!
The size is great, it feels sturdy, and it fits perfectly in my car cup holder.
That said, the biggest downfall for me is that the body is hand-wash only. I’m very much a dishwasher person, so that’s a bit of a dealbreaker for busy day-to-day life. The lid being dishwasher safe helps, but I really wish the whole tumbler was.

If you’re on your feet all day, coaching, spotting stunts, or running around the salon during the holidays, this feels like a solid upgrade from plain water.
