I don't tend to use makeup primer so I don't have a lot of experience to compare this to. I love the silky smooth texture of my skin after I applied it and can only imagine how smooth my foundation will glide on, on top of it. It instantly mattified my forehead which I was pleased to see.

These wipes are outstanding; they are easily the best new product I have purchased in the past few months in terms of cosmetics and skin care.
I should preface this review by saying that I have sensitive and slightly acne prone skin. Because of this I try to minimize the number of products I use on my face because the more I use, the more likely I am to cause irritation. There are two reasons I decided to search out good quality make-up removing wipes: 1) I go to hot yoga directly from work so I needed something that would take off ALL of my make up before class and 2) I got a Clarisonic (also a godsend in terms of skin care for me) and wanted to remove my stubborn eye make up before I used it each night because I was finding that the Clarisonic alone was leaving some mascara residue under my eyes.
These wipes accomplished both of these goals beautifully. Not only did they remove all traces of make up before yoga but and also before bed but they left my skin feeling dewy, and SMOOTH. Like, wow you must be using some miracle skin care product kind of smooth. I was just so pleased with how the overall texture of my skin improved just by introducing this one product into my nightly skin care routine.
I am extremely happy with these wipes and will continue to use them. In fact I am already on my third package! Definitely recommend.

This serum has transformed my skin. Last year I went looking for a skin care regimen that would get rid of my dark spots. My skin is sensitive and slightly acne prone. I was looking to get perfect skin for my wedding and really wanted to get rid of my acne scars, which bother me way more than the occasional breakout. I did a lot of research and found that a product with Vitamin C was exactly what I was looking for – it helps with cell turnover basically speeding up the process with getting rid of dark marks.
I use it once a day, every morning after cleansing but before moisturizing. I highly recommend introducing a serum into your routine if you don’t use one already because it really helps the overall condition of your skin and helps your moisturizer to sink in. This serum smells amazing and sinks into your skin quickly without any sticky feel.
When I say it transformed my skin, I am not exaggerating. The most noticeable difference was in my skin’s texture – it became smoother right away. It definitely helps with getting rid of my dark spots faster, but don’t think that they’re going to disappear overnight. It’s good, but it’s not a miracle.
It’s expensive, but lasts a really long time. You can often get smaller kits with a sample sized bottle to try it out (which is what I did in the 3 Little Wonders kit). I buy the 1 oz bottle which is $60. The larger bottle is 1.7 oz for $90 which works out to about the same price.
Highly recommend this product and will repurchase again and again and again (I’m already on my third bottle).

This lip balm saved my cracked winter lips! I get these super painful cracks in the corners of my mouth and nothing seems to sooth them. I came across Eucerin Intensive Lip Balm and thought I would give it a try. It healed the painful cracks in two days! And when I feel one coming on, I use this and it gets rid of it in ONE day! Super impressive as nothing has worked before this.
It is also a luscious and thick balm – it looks like a super glossy lip gloss so you can get away as wearing it as such. Love love love it, and would highly recommend it if you suffer from stubborn chapped lips, or painful lip cracks.

I love this stuff! I have never really used eye make-up remover, thinking that it was an unnecessary extra step in an already crowded nightly routine. However I have recently started using a Clarisonic which recommends removing your eye make-up before you use it.
I really like this product, because it takes off all of my eye make-up and doesn’t irritate my eyes. It also makes them feel nice and soft, and washes off completely when I use my cleanser. Win!

This is my absolute favourite moisturizer. My skin is sensitive and slightly acne prone. Needless to say I am always searching for a moisturizer that is not too heavy and does not irritate my sensitive skin. This moisturizer fits the bill – I started using it during the summer when I needed a lighter moisturizer but have continued to use it year round because my skin loves it so much. In addition to the benefits I already mentioned it also tightens my pores and softens and smooths my skin.
The bottle (tub?) is $45 which is pricy but it lasts me for approximately 3 to 4 months and I use it twice a day. A little goes a long way! I have been using this moisturizer for about 2 years and I don’t think I will ever stop – my skin is happier than it has ever been.
Two tiny drawbacks to mention: it smells a little funky but don’t hold that against it. Also, be careful when you travel with it, it has leaked on me a couple of times and also when it gets shaken up can end up on the lid – super messy.
If it sounds like something that might be right for you, go ask the lovely people at LUSH for a sample. They’re more than happy to put a little in a container for you to try out and see if it works with your skin.

The Cranberry with Blackberry bar was by far my favourite flavour. It was delicious from the first bite and I wished I had a whole pile more of them when I finished it. The combination of dark chocolate and cranberry in particular is mouth-watering. The dark chocolate is decadent and the roasted almonds and berries are easy to see which makes my tummy and my mind happy. Ingredients that you can actually see means less filler and weirdo by-products – win!
I had this bar in my desk drawer at work and ate in to get me through the afternoon. This is the ideal snack for an afternoon at work – it is heaty enough that you feel satisfied while the chocolate and berries help to satisfy that mid-afternoon sugar craving. I will definitely repurchase these and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good for you snack that actually tastes good.

The Cherry with Pomegranate bar was delicious though not my favourite flavour ever. My first bite I thought “ew, this tastes like a black forest cake” because of the overwhelming cherry flavour (I hate black forest cake) though I have to say that I grew to quite like the flavour by the end of the bar.
I ate this bar on my way to yoga after work one day and it was THE perfect snack for this task. It was the perfect balance of sweet and filling without being too heavy before a hot yoga class. I would absolutely repurchase these bars to have them around as a pre-workout snack.

The Blueberry with Açai bar was my least favourite of the three flavours. I do not care for blueberry flavoured items in general. Though the bars boast an impressive list of ACTUAL ingredients that you can see and identify, I still felt like the flavour tasted fake.
I ate this bar on my way to work on morning when I didn’t have a chance to sit down and eat an actual breakfast. It is not meant to be a meal replacement and I wasn’t treating it as such but it certainly helped to tide me over until lunch time.
Overall I think this is a great snack bar. I would not repurchase this particular flavour but would definitely recommend it to those who like berry flavours.
