This has been my go-to eyeliner for years. I use the "Sable Brown" shade, and it's the perfect colour to add a little definition to my eyes without looking too harsh on my fair skin. It creates a soft, neutral line that makes it perfect as an everyday, natural-looking eyeliner. It goes on smooth and smudges easily if I'm going for a smokier look. It lasts all day and looks great with mascara to make my lashline appear a lot fuller. I definitely recommend this eyeliner. -

I was not really impressed with this eye makeup remover. One of the main reasons I bought it was because it was oil-free. However, it leaves an oily-feeling residue behind that you need to wash off afterwards. Taking this extra step seems a little pointless to me when there are so many other products on the market where you don't need to do this. As far as the actual job it does removing makeup, I would say it's average. It gets the majority off and does not cause any stinging which is nice. I have, however, noticed that it is causing a bit of dryness under my eyes. Overall, I wouldn't say this product is worth it when there are lots of other makeup removers that do the same job without leaving an oily-feeling residue or causing dryness. -

I had very high hopes for this mascara because it seemed like everyone was talking about it and using it. Unfortunately, so far I haven't been very impressed with this mascara. I find it to be pretty clumpy, and while it does add length, it doesn't really add much volume. I also find that it doesn't really hold all day and I find my lashes aren't really as lifted as I want them to be (even with curling them first). For me, it doesn't give that "false lashes" look because of the clumps and because it doesn't add much volume or fullness. Overall, as far as Maybelline mascaras go, I definitely like the Rocket much better than this mascara and probably won't buy the Falsies again. -

I was not very pleased with this product. I liked the idea of it being a gel, meaning that it would be transparent and less likely to create white marks on clothes. I was also excited because I bought the cocoa butter kiss scent and I love the smell of cocoa butter. Unfortunately, when I applied it, it basically smelled like a guy's deodorant (very cologne-y and masculine). I originally thought that maybe it would smell better once it dried/settled down. However, with continued use I've found that even after it absorbs, it still smells like a guy's cologne and nothing like the scent it was supposed to be. Aside from the scent issues, it didn't even seem to work well as a deodorant. I had to keep applying it, regardless of whether I was sweating or not. Overall I was pretty disappointed in this deodorant and I will not be buying it again. -

This mascara was a huge surprise for me. Usually I use CoverGirl Lash Blast Volume, but I still like to experiment with new mascaras every now and then. I usually have my doubts about Maybelline mascaras because it seems there is a new one out every month, all promising the same thing. However, I had heard great reviews on The Rocket, so I decided to give it a try. This mascara completely exceeded my expectations. The more swipes you keep putting on, the longer and longer your lashes get! I also was impressed with its ability to produce volume. I have even received compliments on my lashes - something I have never received before with any other mascara. It almost makes them look like fake lashes, very long and feminine. It is a little difficult to wash off (I needed to use makeup remover) and sometimes it does get a little thick/clumpy. But for only $5 at Walmart, it was a complete bargain and is perfect to create a dramatic look, or a more natural look (by only sweeping lashes a couple of times). -

I received this product as a gift, and have completely fallen in love with it. It kept my skin incredibly smooth during the very dry winter. I almost didn't even need a moisturizer after my shower. It smells amazing in the shower, like a sweet coconut smell reminiscent of summer. After the shower your skin is still left with a subtle scent that smells great but isn't overpowering. It was very thick, so a little went a long way and it ended up lasting for about 5 months which made the price more reasonable. It is extremely moisturizing, and left my skin very soft without leaving it greasy like a lot of other moisturizing body washes tend to do. This is definitely now my go-to winter body wash. -

I love this mascara, but not for the reasons I bought it for. This mascara is great for defining and lengthening lashes with virtually no clumping, flaking or smudging. It lasts pretty much all day and my lashes look extremely long. However, the reason I bought this mascara versus the original "Maybelline Great Lash" was because it was advertised as adding volume, and the one thing I don't think I got from this mascara was volume. So while it was a great mascara for lengthening and defining, I didn't find it that good for volumizing which is what it was supposed to do. I also thought the wand was a little short. -

I love this shampoo. I use it in combination with the conditioner and it works great. My hair feels silky and smooth and it's extremely shiny. It smells really good and I find that its scent is slightly more subtle than the other Herbal Essences shampoos. This shampoo makes my hair look and feel healthy and I have had no problems with split ends. It's also pretty affordable and it seems to last for a very long time. I like that it's a quality shampoo that leaves my long hair feeling soft for a reasonably good price compared to other shampoos. -

I was pretty disappointed with this mascara. I usually love CoverGirl mascaras, but I found that this one did not live up to its potential. It was advertised as being able to bring out your natural eye colour, but i found that it wasn't able to do this. I have hazel eyes that are slightly more towards the green side. I didn't find that this mascara did anything to make my eye colour pop, and my eye colour looked the same as it does with any other mascara. I also found that it was pretty clumpy (maybe because of the glittery flecks in it?) and didn't do much for my lashes. I would have preferred a mascara that was volumizing or that created a curl, but this mascara basically just coated my lashes and did nothing. The glitter was interesting and could have been a good idea, but i couldn't really see it once it was on my lashes unless i was outside on a very sunny day. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this mascara. -

I usually use CoverGirl Lashblast volume mascara (the original orange one) which works very well but is only for volume. I saw this one being advertised as giving both length and volume to lashes, so i decided to give it a try. I was a little disappointed because I found it very similar to the regular Lashblast volume mascara. I don't think it gave any extra length to my lashes that my other mascara didn't, and the volume it added was pretty comparable. The price was slightly more expensive, and it lasted for about the same length of time. Overall, it was a very good mascara (it wasn't clumpy, the brush is nice, it added good volume, it lasted all day), but i found it essentially the same as CoverGirl Lashblast volume, so i'll likely just continue to buy the volume one. I don't think this one was able to add the length and volume it advertised. -
