Butterly m’a offert Now Wellness Caring Tea – TLC, Soothing Herbal Essences of Seasonal Wellness gratuitement en échange de mon avis honnête.
J’aime beaucoup intégrer des tisanes à ma routine bien-être, surtout pendant les changements de saison. Cette tisane TLC est devenue une petite pause réconfortante dans ma journée. Le mélange d’ingrédients comme le sureau, la racine de réglisse, l’échinacée, l’eucalyptus, le basilic sacré (tulsi) et le gingembre crée une infusion douce et aromatique qui est vraiment agréable à savourer chaude.
Après quelques minutes d’infusion, l’arôme est apaisant et la saveur est naturellement équilibrée avec une légère touche herbacée et épicée. J’apprécie aussi qu’elle soit sans caféine, sans OGM, et qu’elle ne contienne ni colorants, ni arômes artificiels, ni sucres ajoutés. Les sachets de thé non blanchis sans agrafes sont également un détail que j’aime beaucoup, surtout pour l’aspect écologique.
Un autre point que je trouve vraiment inspirant est l’engagement de la marque envers la communauté. Avec Caring Tea, une partie du programme soutient Banques alimentaires Canada, ce qui aide à fournir des repas aux personnes dans le besoin.
Dans l’ensemble, c’est une tisane agréable à intégrer à une routine de bien-être quotidienne, surtout quand on veut simplement prendre un moment pour soi avec une boisson chaude et réconfortante.

My hands tend to get very dry, especially with frequent washing, and this cream genuinely helps. The formula is rich and nourishing, but it sinks in fast and doesn’t leave behind that sticky or greasy feeling. After using it regularly, my hands feel softer, more comfortable, and less irritated overall.
I also really enjoy the scent — it’s light, clean, and subtly floral, which makes using it feel a little indulgent without being overwhelming. This feels like a dependable, well-made hand cream that actually delivers on hydration and comfort.

I decided to try these when I was dealing with bloating and uncomfortable pressure after heavier meals. I took two capsules after eating, and I liked how easy they were to take — no weird taste and no upset stomach. I noticed fairly quick relief from gas and that overly full, uncomfortable feeling, which made it much easier to get on with my day.
I appreciate that these capsules are made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal and don’t contain artificial flavours or colours. They’re also free from things like gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and preservatives, which is important to me since I’m careful about what I take.
This feels like a simple, natural option for digestive support, especially after indulgent meals or when your stomach just feels off. I like that it fits easily into an active lifestyle and works when you need relief without feeling harsh.
Overall, I’m happy with how well these worked for bloating and gas and would definitely keep them on hand for digestive discomfort.
