Butterly gifted me Halifax’s Stingin’ Hot Honey Original Edition for free in exchange for my honest review.
I’m always looking for easy ways to add more flavour to everyday meals, and Halifax Stingin’ Hot Honey Original Edition was such a fun find. The first thing I tried it on was pizza, and after one drizzle I understood the hype. It starts with the rich sweetness of real honey and then finishes with a gentle kick from the chilies that keeps you reaching for another bite.
What I like most is that the heat doesn’t overpower the flavour. It adds just enough spice to make food more exciting while still letting the honey shine through. Since opening it, I’ve used it on pizza, chicken, salmon, and even avocado toast. Every time it adds that perfect sweet-and-spicy balance.
I also appreciate that it’s made in Nova Scotia with simple ingredients and real wildflower honey. The texture is smooth, easy to drizzle, and a little goes a long way.
If you enjoy sweet heat, this is definitely worth trying. It’s become a staple in my kitchen, and I can see why it’s Canada’s most loved hot honey. Plus, it’s available on Amazon, making it easy to grab another bottle when you run out!

Butterly gifted me Chapman’s Premium Pecan Butter Tart Ice Cream for free in exchange for my honest review.
As a big fan of butter tarts, I was really excited to try Chapman’s new Pecan Butter Tart Premium Ice Cream, and it did not disappoint. The flavour instantly reminded me of a classic Canadian butter tart, with rich buttery sweetness and subtle maple notes throughout. The ice cream itself is incredibly creamy, and I loved finding pieces of praline pecans and buttery sugar cookie chunks in every scoop.
What stood out most to me was the balance of textures. The crunchy pecans and cookie pieces add just the right amount of bite without overpowering the smooth, rich ice cream. It feels indulgent and comforting at the same time.
I also appreciate that it’s made with 100% Canadian dairy, natural flavours and colours, and comes in a full 2L container. No shrinkflation here! It’s the perfect dessert to share with family or enjoy on a warm summer evening.
If you love butter tarts, maple flavours, or classic Canadian desserts, this is definitely one to add to your grocery list. I found mine at Quality Foods and will happily be buying it again.

I’ve been using the L’Occitane Almond Supple Skin Oil daily after my shower, and it honestly feels like such a luxurious part of my routine now. Butterly gifted this to me for free in exchange for my honest review, and it’s one of those products that makes your skin feel instantly pampered.
The texture is super lightweight and silky, so it absorbs quickly without leaving behind that greasy or sticky feeling some body oils can have. I’ve been applying a couple pumps to areas like my hips, stomach, and thighs using circular upward motions, and my skin feels noticeably softer, smoother, and more hydrated afterward.
The almond scent is absolutely incredible — warm, comforting, and clean without being overpowering. It really turns a simple body care step into more of a spa-like experience.
What impressed me most is how supple and radiant my skin looks after consistent use. My skin feels more elastic and firm, and I love that the formula contains 50% almond oil while still feeling so lightweight on the skin. It leaves the prettiest silky glow too.
I also appreciate that it’s vegan, refillable, and made without parabens or mineral oil. Definitely one of those products that feels both effective and indulgent at the same time.

Butterly gifted me FERRERO ROCHER® Milk Hazelnut Chocolate Squares for free in exchange for my honest review.
These were such a treat to try! If you already love Ferrero Rocher chocolates, you’re going to be obsessed with these squares. Each piece is individually wrapped, which makes them feel extra special and perfect for enjoying with a coffee or as a little afternoon pick-me-up.
The milk chocolate is smooth and creamy, and inside there’s a rich cocoa filling with roasted hazelnut pieces and crunchy crispies that add the perfect amount of texture. Every bite has that classic Ferrero Rocher flavour I love, but in a new square shape that feels both elegant and convenient.
What I really liked is that they taste indulgent without being too heavy. The combination of silky milk chocolate, crunchy hazelnuts, and crisp wafers makes them hard to stop at just one.
These are perfect for sharing, gifting, or keeping tucked away for those moments when you want a little luxury in your day. My favourite flavour from the assortment is definitely the Milk Hazelnut!

Butterly gifted me THE BOG Pure Cranberry Powder for free in exchange for my honest review, and I’ve been adding it into my breakfast routine almost daily lately. I’ve mostly been mixing it into yogurt, oatmeal, and smoothies for an easy boost of fibre and antioxidants without adding extra sugar or artificial ingredients. Since it’s made from real cranberry skins and seeds, it has a natural tart cranberry flavour that tastes fresh and wholesome.
I also love that it’s a 100% Product of Canada made from cranberries grown in Langley, BC, and created through a zero waste process that uses the valuable skins and seeds from pressed cranberries. It’s unsweetened, plant based, gluten free friendly, and made without additives or preservatives, which is a huge plus for me.
It feels good supporting a local BC company while adding something simple and nutritious into my routine. You can find it online through THE BOG’s Farm Store: http://www.riversidecranberries.ca/store

I received Farming Karma’s Pear Sparkling Fruit Soda to try, and I was honestly impressed from the first sip. It has this really clean, crisp pear flavour that tastes like actual fruit—not overly sweet or artificial at all. The sweetness is super light, which I loved, and the carbonation is just enough to feel refreshing without being too fizzy.
Knowing it’s made with real BC fruit and no added sugar makes it even better. It feels like a more elevated, feel-good alternative to regular soda. I’ve been keeping a few cans chilled for easy grab-and-go drinks, especially in the afternoon.
You can find it at Walmart in Canada, and it’s definitely worth trying if you like lighter, fruit-forward drinks. #farmingkarma #dogood #drinklocal #drinkkarma #canadasfruitsoda

AWAKE Caffeinated Chocolate Caramel Bites because they’ve been my little afternoon lifesaver lately.
First off, they’re Canadian-made (made in Quebec and based in Toronto), which I always love supporting. But the main thing for me is how convenient they are — each pack gives you the same caffeine as about half a cup of coffee, so it’s perfect when you need a quick pick-me-up but don’t feel like making a drink.
And honestly… they just taste like a treat. Smooth chocolate with a caramel center, no bitterness at all. You wouldn’t even know they had caffeine in them. I’ve been keeping them in my bag for busy days or when I hit that mid-day slump, and they give me a nice little boost without feeling jittery.
I also love that they’re gluten-free and Fairtrade, which makes them feel like a better choice when I’m snacking.
If you want to try them, you can find AWAKE Bites at Loblaws, Sobeys, 7-Eleven, or online.
Such an easy swap for coffee when you’re on the go — snack and energy boost in one.

I’ve been using the Myoflex Maximum Strength Pain Relief Cream lately, and I honestly didn’t expect to like it this much.
First off, it’s Canadian-made, which I always love supporting. But what really sold me is how invisible it is. There’s no strong smell, no menthol burn, and it doesn’t leave that greasy feeling on your skin or stain your clothes. I can literally put it on and go about my day without even thinking about it.
I’ve been reaching for it after long days or when my back and shoulders feel tight, and it gives pretty quick, targeted relief. It just sinks in nicely and does its thing without being messy or overpowering.
I also like how easy it is to apply—super convenient, especially if you’re busy or on the go. It’s definitely something I can see myself keeping in my routine, especially after workouts or even just everyday soreness.
If you want to try it out, you can find Myoflex at your local pharmacy or online, including Amazon.ca.
Overall, it’s just a really easy, no-fuss option that actually works without all the usual strong smells or stickiness.

I’ve been trying the NOW Ultra Omega-3 lately and I wanted to share my honest thoughts. First off, I love that it’s Canadian-made and packaged in Guelph, Ontario, and even the bottle is made from recycled plastic, which is such a nice bonus.
What really stood out to me is how easy these are to take. If you’ve ever struggled with fish oils before, you know that weird aftertaste or stomach discomfort… I didn’t get that at all with these. They’re enteric-coated, so they’re super gentle and no fishy burps (thankfully).
Each serving gives a really solid dose of omega-3s, which helps support heart health and brain function, and it’s suitable for both adults and kids over 6, which I think is amazing if you’re looking for something for the whole family.
I’ve just been taking mine with meals, and it’s been an easy addition to my routine without feeling like a chore.
If you’re looking to try it, you can find NOW Ultra Omega-3 at health food stores across Canada or from online health retailers.
Overall, super happy with this one—especially how easy it is on the stomach and how clean and high-quality it feels.

Butterly gifted me Dr. McGillicuddy’s Peach Schnapps for free, in exchange for my honest review. I recently added this bottle to a small get-together with friends and it instantly brought those bright, summery vibes to the table. The aroma is exactly what you’d expect from ripe peaches — sweet, juicy and nostalgic, almost like opening a can of fresh peaches. The texture is smooth and creamy on the palate, and the flavour is full of fresh peach notes that make it really versatile for mixing into fruit juices, punches or dessert-inspired drinks.
I love that Dr. McGillicuddy’s has you covered with a wide range of flavours to match your vibe, and this peach one definitely brings a fun, fruity twist. It’s also Made in Canada and easy to find at local LCBO stores, which makes it a great option to keep on hand when you’re planning a gathering.
The bottle itself has such a classic look that stands out nicely in photos, so it was fun styling it as the centrepiece for a colourful setup with friends.
