I live in an ultra dry climate, so winter is so harsh on my skin. This body cream has a thick, balm like texture that feels so soothing, nourishing and comfortable. But despite the rich texture, it quickly absorbs and melts into your skin like a dream. It’s luxurious and offers the deep hydration your skin craves this time of year and keeps your skin so soft and nourished.

I’ve got 2 very different kids; one that is extra picky and hesitant to try new foods, and one that is always hungry and forever snacking, but either way, I’m always looking for healthier snacking options.
Plantropy has a great selection of vacuum cooked snacks that are light, crispy and airy.
The Crispy Jackfruit has the perfect bit of sweetness and a nice crunch. The BBQ Crispy Corn has an airiness and a nice bite that is so flavourful. The Crispy Chickpeas come in 3 great flavours: Thai Chili, Sea Salt, and Tamarind, and all of them are ones that my kids enjoy. They’re flavourful but not overly spicy.
They’re a delicious, and sustainable choice to get in that protein and fibre while snacking!
I also appreciate that they’re also cholesterol free, contain zero transfat, and not artificial flavouring.

The texture is plush to the touch, and forms a thin protective layer that absorbs into the skin with minimal effort, and feels like a comforting hug to your skin. I experienced minor tingling, but it didn’t last long, so I can picture myself using this cream a few times a week, as my skin errs on the sensitive side at times.

Wolf Pass is a delicious treat! It’s so creamy and so rich because it’s made with fresh cream, which I find is hard to find this day when you’re purchasing ice cream! And I also really love they are made in Canada with 100% Canadian dairy.
This velvety vanilla has ribbons of peanut butter and chocolate swirled in and decadent bites of fudgy brownie and peanut butter cups! It has all my favourite kind of mixing and makes this a treat worth the calories!
