While we like the variety of graphic T-shirts from The Children's Place, they are often limited in the number of plain shirts they carry in store or online. Very cute graphics for your big or little one to go back to school.

Limited in range of choices, but what options they do have are good. The backpacks have enough compartments to hold school books and lunch bags and drink bottles plus a few other things. They are usually durable enough to last the entire school year, but they don't usually last much longer than that. Of course, that also depends on how the child takes care of the backpack :) -

The Children's Place jeans all run on the small side. Usually we order one size larger and then they fit fine. Otherwise, the quality of the jeans is usually really good and they are quite durable. If your kids aren't too rough with them they'll easily last for more than one child. Buy them on sale and/or when they have a special promo to stretch your budget. -

Children's Place 3-in-1 Jackets are usually the only ones we buy for our girls and they tend to last 1-2 seasons. Some years there have been issues with the zippers (poor quality, break/jam easily), but generally they are great. The colour schemes tend to be repetitive, pretty much purple or pink every year for girls, they just change them up a little. They are very expensive ($90), however if you buy them early and when they are on sale, you can usually get them for less than half price (like I did today).
These jackets wash well and keep the kids warm in winter. You can remove the outer shell and just wear the sweater, or just wear the outer shell and have an early spring/late fall jacket.

When you don't have time to make a cheesecake, this is a good substitute. Creamy base and sweet strawberries combine to taste just like a no-bake cheesecake. Made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Perfect as an afterschool snack or anytime you need a quick pick me up. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy it. Smooth and velvety, simply delicious.

I normally don't like sequels, but this one is as good, if not better than the first. Scott Calvin returns as Santa Claus, but in this movie, he must find a wife. Unfortunately when Scott first took the job, elf Curtis failed to read the fine print in the "Santa Clause" and didn't notice that Santa has to find a wife or stop being Santa. As Christmas Eve approaches, Santa finds himself slowly returning to his mortal appearance as the "de-Santification process" begins. To make matters worse, Scott's son, Charlie, is acting out in school and is on the Naughty list. Searching for a wife and worried about Charlie, Santa returns home as Scott, leaving a toy Santa in his place to run the North Pole. Can Scott complete the task required in the fine print in time to remain as Santa? -

I love this movie. It's not Christmas without it. Santa Claus gets killed in a freak accident after being startled on the rooftop of Scott Calvin's house. Just before his death, Santa passed the torch to Scott, who must assume the Jolly One's identity and save Christmas. A great film to watch with the kids and to get you in the spirit. -
