"I've got a big head, and little arms, and I don't think you've thought this through... Master..??"
This is the story of Lewis, a brilliant young inventor who was orphaned when he was a baby. Lewis meets a boy from the year 2037 named Wilbur Robinson, they begin a strange time-traveling journey that involves Wilbur's eccentric family, bowler hats bent on world domination, song-and-dance frogs, and a frustrated Tyrannosaurus Rex. A good family flick with many laughs.

Amy Adams plays Giselle, a young princess who crosses worlds from the 2D cartoon into the live action world and seeks a way to get back to the Prince she fell for. The evil Queen's henchman arrives to stop her and Giselle unwittingly falls for a cynical divorce lawyer played by Patrick Dempsey. A good flick for kids and adults alike
The moral of this story? True love conquers all...

I was lucky enough to have won a set of Ceramic Glaze "Hot Summer Nights" Nail Polish and am happy to review the ones I've tried. The colours I received are: Peep Toes (Pink), Paint the Town Purple (Purple), Hot Summer Nights (Green), Light up the Night (Yellow), Papaya Sunrise (Coral), Russian Rouge (Red), and Blue Curacao (Turquoise). My favourites are the Paint the Town Purple and Blue Curacao.
The polish applies like a dream, not streaky, but thick and covers the nail surface well. Two coats and you have the full desired colour. The polish lasts longer on toes than on fingers, but I think this is normal considering how much we use our hands. The colours are vibrant and on-trend, perfect for a summer mani/pedi.
When the box arrived, my two girls were fighting over who got to try which colour first :) A good buy and a product line to keep in your repertoire. Available from Shoppers Drug Mart.

Lola (Lindsay Lohan) and her family move to the suburbs. Suddenly New York City girl Lola feels like her life has come to an abrupt halt and longs for a return to the bright lights of the metropolis. Lola crosses paths with the most popular girl in school, Carla (Megan Fox). Lola sets out to take the lead in the school play, a position her archrival desperately wants. A good flick for the tween-early teen crowd.

Surprisingly, not a bad movie. It's complete fluff, but then it's aimed at the tween and younger crowd. A very spoiled dog (Chloe), is swept away from her comfortable Beverly Hills existence when the niece of Chloe's wealthy owner decides to dog-sit while on vacation in Mexico. When Chloe gets lost, her scrappy Chihuahua admirer, Papi is determined to bring her back home. The kids will love this movie. -

My Esthetician turned me onto this shampoo. It is so good. Even though it contains oil, it does NOT weigh your hair down. She and I both have very fine hair and a lot of product can undo anything you've just tried to do to your hair. A sulphate free shampoo that doesn't strip colour and is gentle for your hair, yet lathers nicely (I'm old fashioned that way, I need lather!). A good mid-priced product. A little will last a long time, you won't need a handful of it to wash your hair. I loved it from the first wash. -

Davines' oil product adds a beautiful deftness and shine to your hair. Lightweight and beautifully fragranced - the fragrances are one of the best things of all of the Davines products. A few spritzes of the oil will help detangle and defrizz, even in high humidity. A good product to have on your counter.
This is simply a lovely product that works well.
