I first tried this tea while visiting my relatives in London, England. Since then, it's become my favourite tea to have everyday. It's the perfect orange pekoe tea that tastes amazing with a splash of milk and a little bit of honey or sugar. The flavour is both smooth, bold, and not bitter even if you forget to take the teabag out (which I am very guilty of doing). Before leaving England, I bought two giant boxes - one to share with my coworkers, and one to have at home. Luckily, I recently found out that we carry this tea in Canada in City Market as well as Loblaws. I definitely recommend this tea to everyone! -

This summer's heat and humidity (and polluted city air) has been taking a toll on my skin - causing it to produce lots of oil and sweat, and generally being a little irritated. After a particularly hot day, I decided to try out Neutrogena's Pink Grapefruit Acne-Prone Skin Clay Mask. Since I store my masks in the fridge, this product applied smoothly and cooled down my skin. It has a nice soothing and light citrus scent. After washing the mask off, my skin felt very soft, smooth, and best of all clean and calm.
My only complaint is that this mask is packaged in a single-use pouch but has a very generous amount of clay mask in it - I would definitely recommend using this mask with a friend.
Overall, I really like this mask and would consider buying it if it came in a tube rather than single-use packaging.

Knorr's Taste of Japan Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning Blend is a flavourful and tasty blend of spices that adds a fun kick to Japanese-style dishes. While on the spicy side, it makes for an easy "cheat" when you're short on time or just feeling lazy. I used this seasoning blend when cooking the salmon the recipe on the package label and it took very little time at all to cook and prepare but tasted like it marinated for hours.
I appreciate that there is no added salt (even though the salmon recipe calls for soy sauce) because those who are health-conscious can control the amount of salt they want to add.

I don't typically use mayonnaise for anything other than to make homemade coleslaws or potato salads. Sir Kensington's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise adds a flavourful "zing" to these salads compared to other brands of mayo I've tried in the past. Although it is a bit pricey, the payoff of having mayonnaise made with real ingredients makes it worth the extra cost if you're not on a budget. I also love that it comes in a glass jar that can be easily recycled or repurposed as a small storage container.

This past winter I started getting small patches of eczema on my body. My first tactic was to apply regular body lotion to these patches only to have temporary relief. However, once I started applying Vaseline Clinical Care Eczema Calming Therapy Cream to the affected areas, I found that it soothed the itch for significantly longer (almost the whole day), and the smaller patches started to heal and diminish. The larger, more severe areas were soothed by this cream but I have not noticed a significant difference in its size or severity other than a decrease in itchiness.
The cream itself has a slight scent - presumably the scent of the ingredients it's made of rather than perfume. The texture is thicker than regular body lotion and it applies and absorbs easily. After application it only leaves a very slight tackiness that doesn't bother me.
I would definitely recommend this cream to people who have mild eczema as it has helped reduce itch and subconscious midnight scratching. However, I cannot speak to its effectiveness for more severe cases of eczema.

It's always nice to have low calorie options of your favourite treats. Breyers Delights Frozen Dairy Dessert in Vanilla Cupcake tastes almost as great as real ice cream, just a little lighter in richness. I really liked this particular flavour as it's very sweet and the sprinkles add an interesting texture to every mouthful.
The only downside is that frozen dessert tends to melt faster than ice cream so be sure to enjoy it ASAP or make sure you get it into a freezer really quickly after a grocery shopping trip.

Sometimes you just want something sweet to snack on, but you're also wary of grabbing a treat with too much added sugar. Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Mango and Peach is a great snack that fulfills my cravings for sweetness with its natural mango and peach taste. The flavour itself is a nice spin on the traditional apple sauce. When I'm short on time, it makes a perfect grab-and-go snack to pack for work, a picnic, or even a road trip as it doesn't require refrigeration. I would definitely recommend this product to families or anyone else who like to have healthy and convenient snacks on hand.

I've been using Drunk Elephant's Shaba Complex Eye Serum for just over a month now, and it's been a relief to know that I'm preventing signs of aging and sun damage around the delicate skin around my eyes. I can't say that it has made a dramatic difference in the appearance of my skin (as I haven't experienced that many problems or signs of aging just yet), but I can definitely say that it soothed and calmed puffiness, and that it was very gentle to use around the eye area.
One of my favourite things about this serum is the cute packaging and branding. The packaging is lightweight and compact, and it's easy to dispense the amount of product needed onto your fingertip (I found that I only needed a very very tiny amount, maybe a quarter or third of a pump for my eye area, since it spreads really nicely). Pumps keep the product hygienic, but oftentimes it's hard to throw pump products in a bag without risking accidentally pumping product during transport - Drunk Elephant's pump locking system prevents that from happening!
Overall, I think it's a great product and would recommend it to others!

Camomile tea is my go-to tea for nighttime, and this Serenity tea by Lipton is a nice twist on the classic calming camomile flavour. I like that this tea is mostly floral with a bit of cinnamon spice as the cinnamon reminds me of the holiday season. Overall, this tea is very pleasant, light, and soothing. I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone who likes to have a warm, floral cup of tea close to bedtime.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to try this tea as the ingredients listed aren't my favourite flavours to drink on their own (dandelion, nettle, licorice root, chicory root, etc). However, to my surprise, this tea smells and tastes mostly of grapefruit and green tea! The combination of all the ingredients work together really nicely to create a citrus-y green tea. It's a great tea for mid-afternoon when you need a little bit of a boost, but don't want to consume too much caffeine. I would definitely recommend giving this tea a try!
