I was a bit skeptical about yet another moisturizer, claiming to be "all that". Having used dozens over the years, I wasn't expecting to be particularly impressed.
Boy was I wrong!
The gel formulation is perfect for my oily skin because it doesn't feel at all greasy, plus it didn't irritate my dry patches that tend to be a little more sensitive.
I have really bad exzema on my hands and used this product several times a day without it feeling like I was applying layer upon layer of greasy product, which was a real surprise.
It left my skin feeling thoroughly hydrated and dried with a slightly matte finish, which makes it perfect for using under foundation or other makeup.
The bottle is a really good size too which makes it great value for money.

My husband tried this product, admittedly with a little reluctance as he has pretty sensitive skin so trying any new body care products is a little risky.
After using it daily for one week he said he loved it!
He described it as having a nice, creamy texture and said it did the job perfectly.
He had no issues at all with any sort of skin reactions which he was super impressed about, as he has only found one other brand in the past that he has been able to use.
He said the only negative was that due to it being a cream stick, it left a slight build-up on his skin which he found a bit annoying.
After looking into it, we found that the same type of product is actually available in a clear, gel formation and so he will be trying that out next.

My husband tried this product, admittedly with a little reluctance as he has pretty sensitive skin so trying any new body care products is a little risky.
He typically uses an anti-dandruff shampoo so was not too sure this would work for him on a daily basis but figured he'd give it a shot.
He described it as a nice 2 in 1 with a pleasant, clean fragrance and said it left his hair feeling clean and soft without feeling like it left any build-up behind like some conditioners do.
He had no issues as far as reactions to the product though he said he will most likely use his anti-dandruff shampoo on occasion to keep his dandruff in check.

After only the first use he was convinced!
He described it as having a nice lather, creamy texture and leaving his skin feeling like he'd used a moisturiser.
After using it daily for a week, he had no issues at all with any sort of skin reactions and liked the product so much he bought the Dove Men+Care cleansing bar to use specifically on his face.

I received a bottle of the Daily Moisturizing Lotion to try out for free and I have to say that I really liked it a lot. It absorbs quickly and does not leave any greasy residue as some other brands do and it leaves the skin super soft. I use it on both of our toddlers and it is so nice I started using it on myself too.

We were lucky enough to recently receive some #babyganics products to try out...FOR FREE!!
Needless to say the littles LOVED their foaming shampoo & body wash and this Mama was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with how luxurious it felt and how well it did the job. The fact that it is a foaming wash meant it was really easy for them to use themselves without any intervention from Mama....so they felt great "washing like a grown up".

I received a Travel pack to try out free of charge and I really liked how robust the packaging seems to be, plus the re-seal part is quite stiff and sturdy, unlike some other brands which was nice. I cannot comment personally on any fragrance as I have no sense of smell but my two toddlers didn't seem to have any issues with them (we used them on bums, hands and faces) and my hubby didn't say anything so I'm guessing they probably smell like most baby wipes. The wipes themselves do seem to be a little smaller than other brands but they still did the job without any issues and they didn't fall apart or tear as some other brands do. Overall, I'd say they are a good quality wipe and if you're looking for something you can throw into a bag and not have to worry about them drying out because they won't re-seal properly, then this is the wipe for you. -

I have been using Hair Food Dry Shampoo Infused with Kiwi Fragrance for a few weeks now as I wanted to really get a feel for the product. As a busy mom of 3, I don't get to wash my hair as often as I'd like, so using a dry shampoo between washes is a lifesaver! I've used a few different dry shampoos in the past but none have performed as well as Hair Food Dry Shampoo Infused with Kiwi Fragrance.
I made sure to let my hair get really oily before I used it for the first time, just to really test it out; and it worked perfectly! My hair looked perfectly clean and even had "flyaways" that I typically only get right after washing my hair. The dry shampoo spray left my hair looking and smelling fresh and clean and it literally only took me 2 minutes to spray it on and massage it into my roots. I give this product 4/5 stars, only because it does leave a slightly "gritty" feel to your hair when you've used it. I'd definitely recommend the Hair Food Dry Shampoo Infused with Kiwi Fragrance to my friends and family and I'd say it's perfect for anyone who needs a "quick fix" and is looking for something that's super easy to use.

I received a tube of Lipsense lip colour and a tube of gloss for free after winning a contest online.
I was excited to try it out as it has rave reviews with regards to it's staying power but is pretty expensive as far as lip glosses etc go, so I probably wouldn't have tried it otherwise.
I applied the colour as directed (2-3 coats letting each dry before applying the next) then applied the gloss.
The colour made my lips tingle (the alcohol content which aids drying) but was not at all uncomfortable.
The gloss was nice and...well glossy lol...not sticky like some glosses are.
I was a bit sceptical as to just how long this stuff would REALLY last; with kissing my babies, eating and consuming copious cups of coffee throughout the day, but OMG...it was still perfectly situated even as I climbed into bed!
(Ok so I probably should have removed it for bed but hey...I wanted to really test this stuff).
Anyway, when I woke up the next day I was seriously impressed as it was still there! All I needed to do was re-apply the gloss and it was just like I'd freshly applied the colour! (You have to re-apply the gloss throughout the day to stop your lips drying out).
Needless to say, if it's a truly lasting wear lippy you're after that WILL NOT transfer...AT ALL! Then this is the stuff for you.
The only down side would be the having to re-apply the gloss all day to prevent your lips from becoming super dry and the price.
I'm not the type of person who has dozens of lip colours but it's nice to have a small variety and the price of these makes it much more of a splurge purchase than I'm typically comfortable with.
Maybe something to keep for special occasions. At least then it'll last a bit longer

This little place is most definitely worth a visit any time you're in or even remotely near Port Hope.....heck I'd make the drive especially!
