Professionally, I'm been since 1999 a health and wellness therapist and instructor living a mostly balanced life that includes a healthy relationship with excellent whisky, specific dark chocolates, and more recently, a wonderful intelligent and kind man. Also just lost my wonderful 10 year-old dog to the afterlife and made it through an otherwise tough year. Feeling surrounded however by good fortune, phenomenal friends and very solid family. Secretly, if it paid more, I'd be a cosmetician at my local high end beauty boutique...! I love products but am in fact a minimalist.
