I struggle with my energy levels in the winter because of the darkness and cold. I have been using this proudly Canadian 🇨🇦 supplement for a month now and have noticed substantial improvements in my energy levels. I did not have any bad aftertaste from these or any other issues and will continue to use them in my supplement routine because they really do help with my energy levels.

I received these gummies for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I usually don’t like the taste of apple cider vinegar but with these gummies the taste wasn’t too bad. I have been taking them consistently for one month and I have felt that they are working well for me. They also don’t leave an aftertaste. I have never used this type of serum on my hair before. After air drying my hair for about an hour I apply this serum and it instantly makes my hair feel softer, deranged and overall smooth. I feel like the protein repair ingredients have greatly benefited the overall condition of my long, fine, highlighted hair. I will continue to use this serum in my haircare routine as it seems to work well for my hair!! -

This conditioner by OGX provided all of the rally’s that I look for in a conditioner plus the r smell is so pleasant! I always let my hair air dry for a few hours before I blow dry it and sometimes it’s very frizzy. But this conditioner really tamed my frizz. As someone with fine hair (but a lot of it) along with blonde highlights any bond repair profits are greatly appreciated and this one really works great for me! -

I have used several bond repair products on my hair because it is long, fine, heat styled a few times/week and I get blonde highlights. I have used some profits with success and some without much difference to my hair. This shampoo has definitely been great for my hair - I find that my hair is softer, easier to detangle and feels like there has been less breakage overall. I like the smell and the lather is good too. The packaging of the shampoo is great and the product size feels like it’s a good value. I definitely recommend giving this shampoo a try if you want to repair your damaged hair and see if your results are similar to mine -
