This toner is so innovative! I’ve never tried anything else like this before and I use a lot of toners interchangeably in the morning and evening. I apply this toner in one or two layers in the evening and let it soak in. My skin feels very moisturized and hydrated with 2 layers. I follow up with an essence. I just love this product! Makes my skin very soft too!    -
