I have been having a really hard time with my menopause symptoms. I knew that many women can face hard times when going through it I just didn't think that it would be this rough. I have so far found a little releif from this supplement. There is no harsh aftertaste like some vitamins. It is still early to possibly feel the full effects of this in treating my menopause symptooms but so far it has been very positive for me. I would recommend this to anyone who really would like to treat their symptoms naturally. -
