I started taking activated charcoal mainly to help with weight loss because it was affordable. After about a week, I noticed my skin improving. Within two weeks, new breakouts stopped appearing, and after three weeks, old acne cleared up. I later realized charcoal should not be taken continuously, as it absorbs both harmful substances and vitamins and can reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives if taken together. For me, charcoal gave a noticeable but temporary improvement. This is my personal experience, and among everything I tried, charcoal showed the best short-term result. -

I received the Glutgard supplement from Batterly. I got a package of 10 tablets and took them 15 minutes before meals due to my gluten intolerance. At first, I was nervous because I didn’t expect that a tablet could actually help. Although my diet already limits gluten, I noticed that this product helped me a little — the symptoms from gluten consumption were not as strong. The tablets were easy to take, and I like that it’s just one tablet before a meal. I have tested only 10 tablets so far, and I think for a more accurate review, I would need to continue using them longer. -

What I love the most is that it’s made for sensitive skin – no irritation at all, even after a whole day outside!
It also has broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection and is water resistant, which makes it perfect for summer activities.
