I rarely write reviews, but PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches absolutely deserve the praise. When a zit pops up out of nowhere (always at the worst time), these patches are my go-to. They’re super easy to apply, and by morning, I can actually see the difference — they absorb all the gunk and flatten the blemish significantly.

I also love that they’re latex-free and gentle on my sensitive skin. No irritation, no dryness — just clean healing. The best part? They keep me from picking, which has saved me from potential scarring more than once.

Best overnight spots

I have tried many different ones but I find this one is one of the best ones that I tried. It sticks all the way to the edge not like others that only go close the edge of the sticker. This one is also very invisible if you need to cover a big pimple. The stickiness lasts more than just overnight, so I tend to leave it on until I need to wash my face.

These Patches Actually Work!

I was skeptical at first, but PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches seriously impressed me. Happily Surprised

I was quite surprised to see the results of trying this product. I was honestly skeptical because of so many attempts before but boy does this product deliver. Didn’t work overnight

It didn’t work overnight for me but by the third day, the acne had dried up. I love that it comes in different sizes as well, to target different zit sizes.

Great for blemishs
