Tazo Zen Green Tea
I think this is one of the better green teas and the quality seems to be really spot on. It's a bit more expensive than the average tea I find but it's definitely worth it

I think this tea tastes a lot better than some and enjoy the rich flavor. It is a good value for the money although i'm not so sure about the quality. Overall a good option though

Quaker Instant Oatmeal Assorted Variety
I have been eating Quaker instant oatmeal for at least 10 years now and enjoy all the variety and tastes. It is a good source of fibre and has other good nutrients in it. I usually opt for the lower sugar ones
