I bought these as I read the reviews. I love them. They seem to do amazing for me. My nails do not break as often. I notice that my skin is clear compared to before. My hair.. well.. I am still waiting to see what happens there :)

I bought this, I would not buy it again. It leaves my lips feeling different. I am personally not a fan of it. But I still would get it to show support. I find it very greasy and does not absorb that well. I also notice that it leaves my lips... +

Knorr Selects Rustic Mexican Rice & Beans
I got my sample in the mail, I loved this one.. I was amazed at how it didn't taste like most processed foods. My kids enjoyed it as well.. This is something that I will keep in my cupboards for future.. Mind you I love Spanish rice.. its something... +
