AOR has come out with a brand of Niacin that promises to give you all the health benefits of Vitamin B3 without the nasty side effect “Niacin Flush”.
I have taken Niacin in the past but had a bad reaction. Not realizing it’s a common reaction with most forms of Niacin, I immediately stopped taking it. The redness, stinging, and hot face didn't seem healthy to me. I vowed to never take it again.
But AOR has changed my tune.
Unlike other brands, they use a unique form of Niacin called Inositol Hexanicotinate or IHN. This allows the Niacin to be released slowly into the body preventing the flushing effect.
I found this rather intriguing and decided it would be beneficial to give Niacin another try.
Afterall, Vitamin B3 is an essential nutrient. It is required in many crucial biological functions including cellular energy production and even DNA repair.
So, I took it. And I waited. And waited.
To my surprise, they were right. There was no flush. In fact, I didn’t experience any negative side effects at all.
So now I’ve begun taking Niacin regularly. This will bring me one step closer to optimizing my health.

I experience a lot of pain. I mean, A LOT. So naturally, I was incredibly excited to receive Myoflex Odour Free Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub from Butterly in exchange for my honest opinion.
Myoflex Extra Strength is said to provide deep penetrating relief of aches and pains in your muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments. And boy does it ever! I decided to try it on my very most painful parts, mostly my shoulders and neck which are always in excruciating pain. No word of a lie, in around 30 seconds the pain was gone!
This amazing pain relief rub works on all types of pain including arthritic or rheumatic, backaches, lumbar pain, neck ache, strains, sprains, as well as pain of tendons and ligaments. So, there is a really good chance that this will help any pain that you might come by.
The cream is really easy to apply. Just put some of the cream on your hand and rub onto affected area. And it’s literally odorless. I mean, I’ve had products before that claim to be odourless, but this truly is. You won’t have that strong menthol odour like other pain relief cream on the market. It’s also not greasy and instantly absorbs into your skin so you don’t have to worry about it getting all over your clothes!
The maximum number of applications in a day is 4, but I found that it warded off my pain for much longer than I expected it to. I didn’t even need to reach for my pain pills. That makes me (and my stomach) happy.
I am incredibly happy with Myoflex Extra Strength, and I will definitely be buying it again when my current tube runs out. I am so thankful that it works so well and now I have so much less pain in my day-to-day.

Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Spray Sunscreen is great! Because It’s a mineral sunscreen that has an SPF of 50 to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays, I can rest easy knowing I can enjoy the nice summer weather that I love so much without worry.
Goes on white but dries clear as soon as you begin to rub it into your skin, so doesn’t leave any embarrassing white streaks.
The spray came out nice and easy, which was a pleasant change from the last brand I had used, which was next to impossible to get out of the can.
The description of Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen says that it is odourless. I personally didn’t find it to be odourless; there was a distinct smell while applying it to my skin. It wasn’t an unpleasant smell but did smell a bit chemically. But it didn’t have that usual “sunscreen smell” that gives me a headache. It was much more pleasant.
After applying it I treated myself to a nice walk in the lovely summer weather. Since becoming anemic in the past I tend to burn pretty easily. But with Blue Lizard Sunscreen I didn’t burn one bit. Not even a smidge! That made me so happy. I always fear skin cancer, and I know that with Blue Lizard I am protected!
I also really love that it’s environmentally conscious and kind to animals. Any time there is a product like that, I will buy it over the alternative.
Now that I’ve tried Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Spray Sunscreen, I want to buy more! Not only of this particular one, but I want to look into their entire product line. Now anytime someone asks me for a sunscreen recommendation, I recommend Blue Lizard!

I’ve tried many brands and types of litter in the past. They all have clumps that fall apart as you are scooping them which causes scooping the litter box to take forever. Some litter products have so much dust I have to wear a mask and become completely covered in litter dust. But this was not the case with the HardBall Clumping Litter. First of all, pouring was a breeze. Usually I need to use a cup to get the litter out of the box into the litterbox, which takes quite a bit of time. But this Arm & Hammer beauty has a convenient pouring hole right at the side for easy pouring so filling my cat’s box was a breeze. Now the litter itself is quite fine and doesn’t cause any dust which is great. And the smell, it smells so fresh, it reminds me of laundry detergent, so when my cat does her business, it smells like a load of fresh laundry. Although there is a bit of smell right after my cat uses the litter, it quicky goes away after she buries it. The scooping did end up being easier and took much less time. There weren’t actually any “balls” per se, but there were clumps that didn’t crumble as I scooped them up, which is a nice change. The best part is that I don’t have to change the litter again for 20 days! Just have to scoop and top it up to ensure there is enough litter in the box for my cat and the litter to work its magic. This is my new favourite litter, and I recommend it to anyone who wants an easy, quick, no-mess litterbox changing experience.

I could not wait to try TheraBreath Icy Mint Oral Rinse. As someone who is always worried about having bad breath, when I found out it promises up to 18 hours of fresh breath, I felt that TheraBreath was right up my ally. I was blown away when I read that if you use it twice a day, you could continue to have fresh breath for up to twenty-four whole hours! When I kept reading, I discovered that it is Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher and even Halal. It also isn't made with artificial flavours, dyes or with any harsh chemicals like so many of the competitor brands. It’s like they know me and what is important to my purchasing habits! All of this made me excited to try this product. So, I poured some of the mouthwash into the lid, slugged it and for 90 seconds I swished it around my mouth, finishing off with a gargle. Okay, so I wasn’t used to swishing mouthwash for quite that long, but it was doable. When the time was up, I spit and felt the results immediately. My breath felt fresh and renewed, and my teeth felt dentist quality clean. When I smiled in the mirror, my teeth looked noticeably whiter! Now it could just be in my head, but I am pretty used to seeing my teeth looking dull, and they actually looked shiny! As for the lasting freshness, the Icy Mint stayed for hours. It wasn’t quite 18 hours, but I ate a Caesar Salad, so that is to be expected. But I have never had fresh breath last so long in my life. I have already recommended TheraBreath to my husband and plan to recommend it to anyone who is looking to have long lasting fresh breath and a beautiful smile. -

This eye gel is great. Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel is lightweight and fragrance-free. It is super easy to apply; just dab it around your eyes, and it absorbs instantly, unlike other eye creams and gels I have used in the past. It visibly improves the look of dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles. Now, my fine lines and wrinkles have been building up the last few years, as I have been too sick to take very good care of my skin. It has been something that really bothers me. The lines are still being a little stubborn, but the puffiness has gone down quite a bit, and I feel like I’m beginning to look more like myself again. Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum is one of the best serums I have ever used. Light and creamy, rather than wet and sticky, it just glides onto skin so easily. It visibly improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles, which I really need. My skin looks smoother and healthier, which makes me happy. It also looks more alive and glowy, which I haven’t seen in quite a while due to my chronic illness. I’ll admit that I was a little skeptical that it could happen in that short amount of time, but I am very happy that it did! I feel like I look more awake and a bit less puffy, which has been a struggle of mine for the last 3 years. As someone with chronic illness, I can really appreciate that, as I hate getting sick on top of sick. Perfect for ages 3 and up, these yummy gummies can be enjoyed by the whole family to keep them protected during the sick season. I wasn’t actually sick when I tested these gummies, but I am proud to report that I didn’t get sick after taking them. That is saying something since people around me have been getting sick. The gummies are delightfully tasty; I just suggest not taking them just before a chocolate smoothie because the combination isn’t the best.
