I really enjoyed Spinnakers Grapefruit Sparkling 100% Mineral Water. It tastes different than what we have come to expect from a sparkling water. The difference is definitely the mineral water. I love that it is made in B.C. and contains 0 sugar and 0 calories. The grapefruit is subtle and doesn't taste like so many fruit flavored drinks. This is very refreshing on a hot day. -

When it's hot out the last thing I want to do is cook. I made the best warm weather meal with toasted pita, sharp cheddar, a little gorgonzola and THE BOG Hot Cranberry Pepper Jelly on top. The tangy cranberries with jalapeño and habanero peppers give it that perfect sweet heat. I've also mixed it with olive oil for a delicious salad dressing.
Even better, THE BOG is made in a BC by a small Canadian family farm.

Better Butchers are magicians! This is not my first experience with oyster mushrooms but it's my first time using them to replace ground meat. I have been vegetarian for 15 years and I'm always looking for new sources of plant based protein. I love that there aren't any artificial ingredients, just oyster mushrooms and pea protein. I will be using this in everything! I just added it to my salad and it was so good. It is quick and easy to make and browns up really well. Love it!

Goldy's Superseed cereal is a great addition to my morning Greek yogurt bowl. The combination of Chia, hemp, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat and the sweet blueberries and hint of ginger is very satisfying. I have also tried this as a chia pudding with oat milk and it was a big improvement on my regular chia pudding. I like that it is high in fibre, Non-GMo and Made in Canada. We are hearing about protein everywhere and this gives 5 grams and is full of healthy fats. An easy addition to my routine without any extra work.

I was pleasantly surprised by Plantropy's Jack Stick. These are such a satisfying snack and don't taste like they should be better for you than chips. The flavors are all amazing but ghost pepper is my favorite. I love that they have sealable tops so they are easy to throw in a bag. They have a satisfying crunch and are sugar free, high in fiber, have zero trans fats and are sulphate free. So tasty on the go or on a snack plate.

These are such a tasty treat. I love that they are individually wrapped so they were perfect to pull out with my afternoon coffee. I really like the crunchy texture and the hazelnut flavour. I don't usually like white chocolate but I enjoyed the mix of white chocolate and hazelnut filling. My favorite is the milk chocolate but I would happily have any of them.

A little goes a long way and my skin felt so moisturized after my shower. The combination of he warm almond scent mixed with the soft lather was a great sensory experience. I would highly recommend!
