The Mackage store at the Eaton Centre is lovely to shop at. Everything is spread out and it makes the products easy to see. Their products are very high quality. While I usually have purchased Mackage from Holt Renfrew or Aritzia I was excited that they have a stand alone store now! Although there is sometimes a line, it usually moves fast. I think they do it so that they are more one on one with the shoppers. When I got into the store, I was quickly greeted by a lovely Sales Associate when I came in. I had browsed online and knew what I was looking for. She helped me find it and even offered to get a new one out of the back for me, although it was the last one they had in stock. I purchased a super soft scarf for winter and absolutely love it!! Thanks so much for your help!!

This polish is amazing. I'm seriously impressed every time I wear it! I have 3 shades now, one that I bought for myself, one that I received from ChickAdvisor, and one that I got in a promotional bag from an event. I am definitely buying more of these! They last for 2 weeks and all my friends think I'm wearing shellac! What's great about these is that the formula applies on thin, not chunky, so it wont lift and chip off. My favourite shade I own is Hypnotic Dreams - its an amazing iridescent duo chrome that shifts from plum to gold to olive! -

The fragrance is rooted in Benzoin, Amergris, and Cedar Wood, with notes of Cypress Wood, and Hatian Vetiver Essence, and topped with Italian Citrus Zest and Coriander. The scent was also created by Alberto Morillas. Bvlgari Man Wood Essence is based on the concept of disconnecting to reconnect. It’s all about getting in touch with nature through the woods and open air.Bvlgari Man Wood Essence is so fresh and light! It is classified as a men’s fragrance, but would not be out of place on a woman. If you are a woman who prefers men’s scents, or something fresh and woody, this one is for you! I had a tough time deciding whether I liked Bvlgari Man Wood Essence or Goldea The Roman Night Absolute better! I’ve been wearing this as a daytime, more casual scent and my Husband (who does not wear fragrances at all) loves it too! I will admit that this one does not have a ton of staying power, though. It lasts about 4 hours on my skin. -

The perfect accessory to a little black dress. I have been wearing it all fall! Especially on nights when I am going out! It is just lovely. -

ABH knocked it out of the park again. Modern Renaissance is one of my favourite palettes, so I knew I had to have this one. The shadows are the same amazing quality that you'd expect from ABH. I was actually surprised at how neutral this palette is. Of course it has the purple shades in it for a fun look, but this makes beautiful day-time looks with ease. I will say that I do wish there was an even deeper shade in it because by the time you blend out Passion, it fades quite a bit. Also, be very careful with the shimmer shadows because they are pressed very softly, so it's easy to dig into them and ruin the shadow. -

I will start by saying that I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. I am someone who wears sunscreen on my face every single day. I have tried quite a few! I have really enjoyed using this product. It does not have a "sunscreen smell" which is great, and it absorbs into the skin very easily with no whitecast. The fluid is very runny (which is common for this type of sunscreen) so sometimes i find it difficult to pour out the right amount without it slipping through my fingers. I like that it contains a mixture of both chemical and mineral screens for UVA and UVB protection. If I were to repurchase I would opt for the SPF 50 version just because I like to have a little more protection. Very nice product though, would recommend! At ~25$ a bottle it's quite reasonable. -

I want to start by mentioning that I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. I also want to mention that I do not burn easily and have not gotten a sunburn from the time I received the product to the time I had to write this review. On to the product, I am really put off by the scent of it. It is very strongly fragranced and it does not have a fragrance that I find pleasant at all. On the skin, it feels nice, but I wouldn't consider it to be very hydrating. It also did not give a cooling effect or anything, which I would expect from an after-sun product. In all honesty, for the price point of this product I think you are better off sticking to traditional aloe vera gel for a sunburn. -

I will really enjoy using this in the summer for days at the beach or at the park. Unfortunately, I was sent this product to test and review from ChickAdvisor while we had the second coming of winter in Ontario, so I can't speak to it's effectiveness in terms of protecting my skin from uv rays or getting a burn. However, I do trust Neutrogena with sun protection and have enjoyed their sunscreens in the past, so I have no reason to assume that this wouldn't do a good job of protecting. -

I thought this was pleasant to use and felt nice on the skin, however I didn't find it hydrating enough for my skin, I prefer a creamier product that is deeper in hydration levels. My husband enjoyed using it though. I think it would be great for those who don't want a "lotion feel". It feels very fresh on.
