I received the Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel sunscreen to test for free. As a natural red-head, I am extremely sensitive to getting sunburns, so I am well versed in the matter of SPF protection! I have never tries Neutrogena Sunscreen before, but loved the idea that it came from a company that I trust, and like all of their products I was extremely happy with it! I loved the high end SPF count and loved the texture and easy application of the gel- another feature I have never seen before in any of my previous experiences with sunscreen. It applied extremely easily and was absorbed into my skin effortlessly with no greasy feel left behind. My skin was hydrated and protected all day, and the best part was no sunburn!! I would highly recommend this product and will for sure be purchasing more in the future! -

I received the Neutrogena All In One Cleansing Wipes as a free trial to test this product for myself, and I am in LOVE with them! I do full face make-up on a daily basis, and by the end of the day all you want to do is take it all off and relax for the night. Normally I would use a cold cream and wipe combo to remove my make up, which was time consuming to say the least. Sometimes there was still make up left behind, mainly mascara as it can be difficult to remove on its own. My first time using these wipes was like magic, everything came off quickly and easily, with nothing left behind! My face felt cleansed and my skin felt like it could finally breathe again. These wipes will for sure be a new staple in my beauty care routine, and I cannot recommend them enough! -

I was chosen to test this product for free from Aveeno and ChickAdvisor.
I am a junkie when it comes to health and beauty products, and take extra care when it comes to my face. I love that this cleanser was made from more natural ingredients, and it felt like I was putting something good onto my skin. It had a rich, cleansing lather with an ultra light scent, and left my face feeling cleansed without leaving any residue behind. As far as benefits go, I did not notice any change with the texture and tone of my face as the cleanser claims to do. It got the job done, but I would not go out of my way to purchase again.

I was chosen to test this product free from Aveeno. I love the fact that this moisturizer has such a high SPF factor! As a natural redhead, my skin is very sensitive to sunlight and burns easily, so I love that this product does double duty for me, protecting my skin and moisturizing it all at once. My first reaction was that the moisturizer was extremely thick and heavy, and didnt feel good on my skin. The next thing I noticed was how oily it made my skin after each use. I did however continue to use this as my regular daily moisturizer, and did not see any change in the overall tone of my skin, redness reduction, or any smoother than when I started. I wont be purchasing this in the future. -

I received the TRESemme Micro Mist level 2 Hair Spray free as part of the ChickAdvisor program. I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to hair care and styling products! I am someone who has very stylized hair and I need to depend on my hair spray to lock it in all day long. I really liked the way this can is shaped, the thin and narrowed design felt extremely comfortable in my hand and allowed me to spray exactly where i needed the product to go. As promised, the spray went on smooth and evenly, without leaving any stickyness or residue behind like most hairsprays I have tried in the past. The only downside was that within an extremely short amount of time, my hair style fell flat as the spray didnt have the power to hold it for long. I would recommend this as a finishing spray to tame down flyaways, but would not recommend as a hairspray if you expect your style to hold. -

I received the Aveeno Absolutely Ageless Leave-on Mask free as part of the ChickAdvisor Program. I was so thrilled to test this product given the overall benefits of natural ingredients and an added SPF 30. As a natural redhead I burn quite easily, so the higher level of SPF was great for me, as my normal moisturizer only contained an SPF level of 15. As a moisturizer, it felt light on my skin and absorbed great, without leaving a heavy feeling on my face that normal night cream tend to do. However, I did notice my skin began to get quite oily since using this product. I also have not noticed any of the anti-aging benefits on my skin since I began using this product. Maybe it takes a much longer time for the appearance of fine lines to ease, but for me there was no change. As a moisturizer on its own it was alright except for the addition of oil on my skin, but I would not pay the high retail price for this again. -

I was chosen to test this cosmetic brush thanks to Nude by Nature and ChickAdvisor. I found the brush to be extremely soft and high quality- a perfect powder brush for sure. It is fluffy and smooth and blends powder evenly over my skin, however, when it came to using it in tandum with the mineral foundation powder in which it was intended for, I found the brush was not nearly compacted enough to get anything more that an extremely light coverage, nowhere even near medium which was its intended purpose. I will use this brush as my new regular translucent finishing powder brush, but not for mineral foundation. -

I was so excited to be chosen to test this product free thanks to ChickAdvisor and Nude by Nature. I have always been a liquid foundation girl, but was quite excited to try the mineral powder since it is to much better and breathable for my skin. I have been doing full face makeup for over 20 years, so I have plenty of experience. Just to familiarize myself more with mineral foundations, I watched a few youtube videos and felt confident that I could use this product as intended. As suggested in several videos, I first used a colour correcting concealer to cover any redness on my skin after applying the included primer. Regardless of the amount i seemed to apply,(starting extremely lightly then slowly building up) it did absolutely nothing what to ever so even my skin tone. I may have well have used a translucent finishing powder for the amount of coverage it offered. Would not recommend to anyone with any, even extremely mild, skin imperfections, redness, or blemishes. #gotitfree

I was chosen to test out this new Perfecting Primer thanks to Nude by Nature and ChickAdvisor. As a woman who has been doing full face makeup for over 20 years, its safe to say I know my way around the make up counter by now. The first thing that I noticed was the scent of this primer. I have never used one that had such a strong scent to it, and personally I found it to smell like citronella bug spray. It felt light and dried quickly like any other primer I have used before, so I guess that is the only positive thing I took from this test experance. I would not bother purchasing this in the future.

I love the CND product line I was so lucky to test out free! I applied the top coat once my nail polish had dried, and it went on nice and smooth and added some extra shine to my nails! So far it has been almost a week since I painted them, and my nails still look like new painted! The top coat has protected my nails from chipping and keeps them looking their best! I would highly recommend this product and will for sure be using it in the future! -
