The best way to eat spam is actually cut into slices and fried on both sides (no oil required of course). I grew up eating spam on rice and it was one of my favourite things! -

I first tried this brand when it was only sale for $10 at food basic and knew that it was a good deal. It lasted me 6 months in the fridge without going bad or getting too dry.
