I'm a busy mom of 3! I have two boys, one with Autism and who needs a GlutenFreeDairyFree(GFDF) diet and my youngest is a girl who loves all things Bright Pink and girly (yet she plays rough and tumble in a skirt).Although I'm not a gym buff, I do like to go running, biking or just to the park to kick the ball around with the kids. When I just want to relax, I seek the quiet outdoors and a glass of my favourite white wine!

I believe in giving back to my community and those in need. I have a special heart for those with Mental illness and those battling cancer.
