I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this pizza. The texture was nice and crisp. The flavor was definitely there and I didn't have to worry about gluten being celiac.
My only issue was getting it to stay in place in my air fryer. But it still cooked nice and even.

Overall an fun amd interesting product to try especially if you loke ginger!
