I was sent the chocolate and vanilla premier protein shakes to review. These where a fantastic pick me up in the morning at work. I'm in construction and work 10 hour plus days. I usually don't have time for breakfast so these are a fantastic supplement. The taste was good, the chocolate was very good, it was quite strong chocolate so if you but if you want you can add some regular milk or half the vanilla and chocolate and let me tell you it's tasty. I did like vanilla which is strange to me because I don't like regular milk at all. I really enjoyed one with my smoothie I made. It's also one of the better kinds of protein supplemental drink I've had. It didn't smell strang or have weird texture like some others I've tried. Low sugar, low fat. 30 grams of protein, by the way a adult female should consume 46 grams of protein a day so this is a awesome supplement if you want to loose weight and stay healthy or if you don't want to eat proteins. Costco has a sweet deal on these! Will buy again. -

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Raspberry
Had a hard time finding this flavour everyone's buying them! I'm lucky and got to review this and got it for free in a coupon. Wow I love the raspberry, it's a great deal to considering the cost of raspberries! Will buy again. I have one every day.

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Tropical
Yum! I've always loved apple but I'm happy that they've made some new flavours. The tropical is very good, fruity and tastes healthy and not sugary. Will buy again. Can't wait to try raspberry. The prices are very fair!

Hooked on Monat! First off, I have a number of health issues, Hashimotos thyroid, glucose imbalance, cortisol and I am only 22 years old. Let's start here, I've always had thick, long and healthy hair. After years of health issues I noticed my hair was falling out in chunks when I would have a bath or shower. I would loose probably 50 hairs in the shower. I have bleach blonde ombre hair. The monat acts as a purple shampoo and makes my dye last longer. Also my hair is so soft for being blonde, people always ask me how its so soft. I don't even need hair cuts anymore as I dont get split ends.
The replenish masque isnt just a masque, it feeds your hair protiens, good ones. Its my favourite thing to do in the bath once a week. A little bit goes a long way!
The detox phase sucked as it got rid of chemicals and product build up but it was worth it for how nice and soft my hair is now. I also have new baby hairs! YAY. Also they have a hair oil that is all natural and it helped me with fine lines and acne!
I also love that it is gluten free as I am allergic and its vegan and cruelty free and naturally based!

Hooked on Monat! First off, I have a number of health issues, Hashimotos thyroid, glucose imbalance, cortisol and I am only 22 years old. Over all, Crest 3D white has been the best toothpaste for whitening my teeth. It wont whiten your teeth if they are already stained but it does prevent stains. I do Coconut oil rinses every 1-2 weeks and its really made a difference in my teeth.
