Pro athlete approved, no banned substances. Very recommended for women and men. Stimulant free infra workout. BCAAS, glutamine and cirtrulline.
Such good flavour, the watermelon is very good. You mix it with water but sometimes I mix it with an electrolite drink during my workout. Works all day.
On the site it recommends you take 1 scoop daily, during training days and off. I do just that.

Not chalky and doesn't upset my stomach (I don't like milk or chocolate drinks and I don't mind the milk chocolate flavour.
On the site it recommends you take 1 scoop mornings and 1 after training days.
I'm only having 1 scoop a day, on rest days 1 first thing in the morning and on train days 1 right after my workout. Eventually I will begin to have 2 scoops on training days. (Recommended for women)

Smells good, also a little bit goes a long way so dont use to much. A little bit pricey for shower gel but it makes your skin feel pretty nice. I will use it every few days also do it aftter you expoliate.

I love this lotion, it makes your skin glow nice for Summer time. It was good moisture for the skin after you exploiate. It has sparkles in it which is a nice touch. I just think its way to pricey. It needs to be cheaper or they need to make it... +

I got this product for free to review by chickadvisor and softlips. I really love Softlips. Its crulty free and thats a huge thing for me. Its SPF. Its smooth and applies a nice shine. This Shea one is very gentle and soft :)
