I have knee and shoulder pain from a change in my fitness plan - I have been applying the Myoflex after my workouts and it has helped with my sleep and remaining mobile after. I like that it doesn't smell like the muscle rubs I remember my parents applying - it makes it easy to wear during the day to work and throughout my daily activities. I found this very effective and does not require multiple applications to remain effective. -

I received these to test as part of a Mastercraft campaign and they really tested my creative abilities. I am not a painter so I chose to heat press vinyl on the canvas to make a sign and it worked wonderfully. The space is large and bright. The frame makes for a built in hanger so it was ready to display immediately. The HTV adhered nicely and the texture allowed for a grippy surface. I would purchase as a gift for the creative people in my life. The 5 pack makes it easy for group projects like paint night or gift giving for a group. -

I am a hot honey connoisseur and this brand has one of the best - the consistency is great, there is no separation and I really like that the chili pepper is not floating in the honey. It is the perfect amount of sweet and heat; great for topping pizzas, flatbreads, chicken nuggets and even eggs.
The bee pollen was a new product for me - I like that a little sprinkle has so many nutritional benefits - its a natural way to boost your vitamin C, B12 and iron. It is a great flavourless addition to salads, smoothie bowls and yogurt!

I was hesitant to try this because I have tried products in the past that make the same claim and I am stuck in physical discomfort for an immeasurable amount of time because they failed and I was glutened terribly. However this product performed - I consumed a single pill, 20 minutes prior to sushi on 3 occasions and before going to a burger joint. Sushi is often the culprit of gluten ingestion because of plating and the sauces, my symptoms are often, extreme bloating, joint swelling, irritability, and the inability to sit still (rocking soothes me). All three occasions I left sushi with reduced symptoms, minimal bloating and no joint swelling. It was a nice change to go for sushi and feel great when I was leaving, and able to return to my routine without suffering. I took it before going to a burger joint because they have a shared frier for their french fries - this is often how I am glutened due to cross contamination in establishments that have gluten free offerings. I did not suffer any of my symptoms after eating my burger and fries - another success. Although I wouldn't use this product and consume a regular pizza or sandwich - I will continue to use and advocate use in situations where cross contamination may be a concern. -

This facewash is not one you would use to wash away your daily makeup or grime of the day - however I have been using it as my second wash and it has worked at minimizing my hormonal breakouts. I have not found it drying and that is likely because it doesn't foam and remains a creamy texture. I really enjoy the concept of applying and leaving on for a few minutes - I am able to get the conditioner out of my hair while I wait. I would much prefer a foaming facewash but this has proved effective none the less.

I love these franks - I do not eat beef or pork and often don't participate in bbq's - being able to throw these on the BBQ have been a game changer. They cook up nice and crispy like I like them and they taste just like a hot dog should only lighter. I have used these in recipes that often call for beef franks and people can not tell the difference. A gluten free product made in Canada is a win win in my books! I have even converted some of my regular hot dog enjoying friends to try them and they have converted. When asked to review this product I checked 4 grocery stores and they were sold out - it took me awhile to find them in stock somewhere - that's another testament to a good product!

I am gluten free and I don't eat beef or pork so finding a product like Butterball turkey bacon is amazing. Unlike other brands this bacon is very meaty, it cooks up nicely and tastes delicious with the right amount of smoke. It is great for bacon and tomato sandwiches, a side for eggs and toast and a great salad topper when chopped and browned in the pan. I found it cooked up nicely remaining tender and crispy on the edges and the texture is very similar to the pork bacon my husband enjoys! I will definitely continue to Butterball Applewood smoked bacon over the competitor.

This mouthwash has a subtle mint flavour that leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. With continued use I found that it did not irritate my sensitive teeth and gums and there was no irritation to the inside of my cheeks - which I often find with a whitening mouth wash. After using the rinse as recommended I noticed my smile is much brighter and my mouth feels exceptionally clean. I will continue to use this product - it's great for the office when I want a mid-day refresh!

I like being able to get my daily dose of Apple Cider Vinegar through a tasty gummy. They are easy to take and taste great! I do find the amount recommended to take daily is excessive and makes the product more costly than actual apple cider vinegar - this may be one of the more expensive supplements I take. The gummies have improved my digestion and perform the same as a shot of straight apple cider vinegar. I did find they need to be stored in a cool place as the temperatures are rising the gummies themselves stick together making it difficult to get them from the bottle. I would definitely purchase if the price point made sense for my budget.

This is a thick sunscreen which I prefer because you can see it going on and where it is applied. It takes a bit to rub in which is something I also don't mind. I find it to be well moisturizing and unscented, and keeps my tattooes protected and looking bright. I like that it is 50 SPF and the product size makes it easy to toss in my day bag for reapplication. With that being said I found that it left a white cast on all the dark surfaces my arms touched. I do a lot of driving so there will be a lot of car cleaning during the summer if I continue to use this product on my upper body.
