Peace of Mind
Honestly I'm unsure how effective this is. I haven't felt any different after using it but then again I'm one of those cases that are semi-asymptomatic. But taking this with my meals gives me a peace of mind that I'm not allowing the situation to potentially become worse.
Added layer of gluten-free insurance
Whether I am dining out, or enjoying a meal with friends in their homes. I eat gluten-free, but you can never know what, or how your food is prepared outside of your own kitchen. I have eaten at a few restaurants whose menus have gluten-free options, and not felt well afterwards. Similar experiences have occurred during dinner party’s at friends. I’m so thankful for everyone’s efforts, but sometimes it’s impossible to be 100% gluten-free when you’re not accustomed to cooking for others who need gluten-free. I have taken GluteGuard for just these types of occasions over this past few weeks, and the results have been amazingly wonderful. GluteGuard is easy, and convenient to carry with me in my handbag during an event. Thank you for this opportunity Butterly #gotitfree
Peace of mind with GluteGuard!
What a great option to provide some peace of mind “just in case”. There are many times when I just never know if what I’m eating is entirely gluten free and taking this adds an extra layer of protection!
Wellness
| received gluten guard from @thisisbutterly and Been trying out it and honestly, it's really good.
It helps with digestion and reduces that heavy, bloated feeling when I eat out or have gluten occasionally. Just take one tablet before the meal. Not for daily use only when I have gluten.
Definitely keeping this in my bag for those food-on-the-go days.
peace of mind while travelling! ;)
🌾 Life with Celiac ~ and My Secret Weapon for Eating Out Again! ;)
I’ve lived with celiac disease for over 30 years, back when it was still called Sprue! Back then, “gluten-free” meant corn pasta and wishful thinking. Fast forward to now, and while gluten-free options have come a long way, cross-contamination is still a huge risk…especially for someone like me who travels often.
Even with the most careful planning, accidental exposure happens ~ it’s estimated that 87% of people with gluten-related disorders get glutened at least once a year. For me, just touching crumbs can make me sick. 😣
That’s why I’m beyond grateful for GluteGuard, a natural health supplement clinically proven in Canada to help protect against the symptoms of accidental gluten ingestion. It contains caricain, an enzyme derived from unripe papaya skin, which helps break down gluten before it can cause harm.
I take one tablet 10 to 15 minutes before a meal when I’m unsure what’s in the food, especially while traveling or eating out. It’s easy, convenient, and gives me something I haven’t had in years… peace of mind.
So when I finally get to visit countries like Japan or China someday, you can bet I’ll be packing GluteGuard right next to my passport. 💊✈️

Stress relief when eating out thanks to GluteGuard
Eating out has been such a chore all of these years since I had to gluten free because of the constant worry about cross contamination. It got to the point where I basically gave up eating at previous favorite restaurants. I tried GluteGuard, I was provided a free sample box as part of a promotion and was thrilled by the results. I ate at more restaurants in the last month, that I haven’t visited for years where I knew cross contamination was going to happen and I had no issues. No stomach pains, fevers, aches or any other symptom from when I get end up accidentally getting “glutened”. I am still eating gluten free, these pills don’t change the fact that I have to stick to a gluten free diet but the freedom eat out again without the stress of getting sick is amazing. These GlutenGaurd pills will become a part of my life now going forward. So easy to take, just one pill 15 mins before eating, not bad taste and no worry.
A little extra security before gluten free meals
I liked the simplicity of the ingredients in Glute Guard and the package was small enough to tuck into my purse for meals out. My typical formulas for accidental gluten have a little more ingredients / enzymes to help digest any accidental gluten without issues. I did not experience any issues after my meals with Glute Guard, however I did order gluten free anyway, so it might be hard to tell how well it worked. Depending on the price and availability, I would consider buying Glute Guard again in the future. My other formulas also allow for taking immediately before the meal, whereas you need a 15 minute window first with Glute Guard (which isn’t bad if you’re ordering at a restaurant anyway).
Effective for cross-contamination
I was hesitant to try this because I have tried products in the past that make the same claim and I am stuck in physical discomfort for an immeasurable amount of time because they failed and I was glutened terribly. However this product performed - I consumed a single pill, 20 minutes prior to sushi on 3 occasions and before going to a burger joint. Sushi is often the culprit of gluten ingestion because of plating and the sauces, my symptoms are often, extreme bloating, joint swelling, irritability, and the inability to sit still (rocking soothes me). All three occasions I left sushi with reduced symptoms, minimal bloating and no joint swelling. It was a nice change to go for sushi and feel great when I was leaving, and able to return to my routine without suffering. I took it before going to a burger joint because they have a shared frier for their french fries - this is often how I am glutened due to cross contamination in establishments that have gluten free offerings. I did not suffer any of my symptoms after eating my burger and fries - another success. Although I wouldn't use this product and consume a regular pizza or sandwich - I will continue to use and advocate use in situations where cross contamination may be a concern.
Helpful when having a cheat meal
I am sensitive to gluten and get a lot of GI discomfort if consuming bread or pasta, but I am also a major foodie and go to restaurants all the time. As a vegan it can be a challenge to also find gluten-free options. These helped me be able to try meals I would usually stay away from and I didn't get any bloating!
