This is a great dupe for higher end micellar waters (I'm looking at you bioderma) and although I don't think this is as effective as bioderma's, it is still a really great alternative that does it's job. It removes makeup, freshens the skin and leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean. It fragrance free and feels so gentle so it's definitely a great product for sensitive skin. I received this as part of the chickadvisor review club and am extremely happy that I got to try out this product because I've been eyeing it for a while. I've been looking for a product that can replace my expensive bioderma, and this may just be the one! -

I like the concept of this sponge but I found that the plastic holder part made it hard to blend and properly smooth out foundation. The sponge itself is a bit harder than a Beauty Blender but does soften up once wet. You can get better sponges for less from drugstores so I wouldn't recommend this one. A very travel friendly foundation that dispenses from a tube. It seems like the dream velvet mousse foundation that comes in a jar, but now in better packaging. It claims to be hydrating and matte and it is both of those things. A great product to take on the go if you're going somewhere cold for a few days. Doesn't cling to dry patches and provides comfortable moisture throughout the day. I'm NC25-NC30 in MAC foundations and 60 Sandy Beige fit me perfectly. I received these from ChickAdvisor so I'm really surprised that they were able to match my skintone so perfectly! -

A new liquid lipstick by Maybelline that is incredible. The formula is so creamy and non-drying, it's the perfect liquid lip for the dry winter months. The formula beats a lot of other liquid lip brands like KVD, colourpop and limecrime and is comparable to ABH because of it's creaminess. Doesn't settle into your lips lines and doesn't make your lips feel dry at all. Goes on creamy and stays that way for the entire day. The colours Nude Flush (10) and Nude Thrill (5) are beautiful nude colours as well. -

This product works great as a moisturizer and sunscreen (it has spf 15) while fighting discolouration, so I was extremely happy to receive this from chickadvisor because I still have remnants of acne scarring from my acne-picking days that left me with chocolate chips all over my face. This product claims to fight these scars with it's vitamin C and LHA complex and prevent future discolouration with it's sunscreen factor. It is a bit on the pricier side in terms of drugstore skincare but you get what you pay for and the benefits definitely make up for the price in my opinion. When I use this product, I do notice that my face becomes smoother and softer, although I can't speak for it's brightening properties yet because I've only used it for barely 2 weeks, but so far, I like the immediate use I get from it after I put it on in the morning. Doesn't leave my skin sticky, heavy-feeling and doesn't leave a white cast. Would definitely recommend this product to those that are looking for a drugstore moisturizer with vitamin C properties (brightening). -

I get these in bulk at Costco and they last me over a year. These are so convenient for those of us that live in a building where the laundry machines are downstairs; you don't have to be carrying around a hefty laundry detergent container up and down each time you have to do laundry, just pop one or two of these into your dirty clothes bin and dump in straight into the machine! I love how it saves me a lot of energy from carrying a whole container there and back (I know, I'm lazy, my new years resolution isn't going so well...) -
