When Marc Jacobs first came out with his beauty line, these collections of nudes were not released yet, so all his lipsticks were the trademark black and white packaging. When I saw that he released a new line of lipsticks with nude packaging, I fell in love. I picked up "Understudy" and "Eat Cake" both of which are a semi medium-dark rose colour. It is described as "sheer" but you still get colour payoff in respect to it showing up beautifully on your lips. It is of course nothing like the pigmented colour you get from a lipstick but it still comes off as a beautiful colour on the lips. -

I was so excited to hear about this product coming out because of the whole coconut hype and Marc Jacobs releasing a new product?? I'm on it. Although this product is beautiful like his whole line, it does not do much for me in terms of making my makeup last all day or even through a school day. I'm just trying to use this product up now, but you can definitely get better primers for a better price. -

Becca highlighters, the holy grail of holy grail hightlighters. Everyone talks about these, and for good reason; they are super creamy and finely milled that just a small sweep of your brush will get enough product on for both cheeks. If you're trying to go for that "my highlight slay" look, this is the highlight for you. I also want to try Opal soon because I've heard so many people rave about that shade and see how it compares to Moonstone (my one true love right now). It is pricey, but you get what you pay for in terms of colour payoff and longevity. -

I love glamglow but this product seems like such a gimmick; the set comes with a lip scrub and lip balm, both of which can be purchased separately from other companies for less than the combined total of this product. It didn't do much as far as exfoliating and moisturizing my lips go but it is pretty if you want to display it as decoration (lol I did this for a couple months before i realized how silly it was that I paid $50 for two small spheres). Put your money elsewhere (i.e. drugstore scrubs and lip balms will give you better results than these). -

The colour is beautiful and the formula is budge-proof. It is a bit drying on the lips, but nothing that a little bit of lip balm won't fix. It is a true rose-mauve colours that for some reason, looks a lot darker on me than on others and I am not a fan of this specific colour because of it. But other than that, the formula is A+ and will continue to try out her other shades. -

Great brush for a great price; works so well to blend out foundation and concealer that I've actually dropped my beautyblender for this! It is a dense small brush that allows for controlled and precise blending and really allows you to get every inch of your face. It's size also makes it great for travelling! -

Finally, ABH liquid lips are available at Sephora! When these products first launched, I jumped on them so fast. I managed to grab one before they sold out in "Pure Hollywood". In terms of colour, it is a bit too light for me so I usually have to layer a lipliner on top, but the formula is to die for. I have heard that ABH is the master at liquid lipsticks and until I tried them, I thought it was just hype. But no, they are the creamiest, non-drying liquid lipsticks I have tried. After you put it on, it doesn't dry your lips out to the point where all the dry spots start showing through, but it stays creamy throughout the day, which is perfect for Canadian winters.
The colour selection as of now is not that great (on the ABH website there are 22 different colours, on Sephora.ca, there is only 6, only 1 of which I would actually wear because most colours look awful on me), so I'm hoping they release the full line soon, cause I would definitely pick up more colours!

Comparable to ABH dipbrow, but a bit more dry, so it is more forgiving especially if you're new to mousse/gel formulas. The price is definitely worth every penny, because it comes with both a brush and the brow mousse. This was the first product... +
Comparable to ABH dipbrow, but a bit more dry, so it is more forgiving especially if you're new to mousse/gel formulas. The price is definitely worth every penny, because it comes with both a brush and the brow mousse. This was the first product that got me into carving my eyebrows to achieve that nice smooth arched brow, and I've never looked back. -

One of the most gentle peels I have ever used, but don't be fooled, it works just as hard, if not harder! I was surprised when I applied this product to my face, that it didn't start stinging like regular peels I've used, but was pleasantly surprised to see that it gave me the same results: smooth, bright skin. It is gently enough to use a couple times a week, especially when you're skin could you a boost. -
