I am in perimenopause and I struggle with insomnia and night sweats. I had surgery so I had no supplements inside of me and I was sweating like crazy. I started on these and within three days my night sweats went away. This proves that it works.
I also find that I’m more drowsy than I ever have been. Which is helpful for my sleep.
I completely recommend taking these for anyone in perimenopause

I was a little disappointed that I didn’t feel any difference while on this medication for a month.
Here’s what I did notice.
1. In the last week, I have been starving at night.. Now I’m not sure if that is coincidence or if it’s from the medication.
2. I was taking vitamin E to help with sweating and for the last week I have been sweating so bad at night.
3. Since I’ve started taking the medicine, I have noticed that I’ve been more tired. But this does not equate to getting better sleep.
Is it not long enough for an accurate symptom relief from this medication? Possibly?
I would also learn to mention that I don’t know how my cholesterol levels are and my hair nails don’t seem any different.
Maybe because I’m also using vitamin E and multivitamins that I’m not noticing any noticeable change?
The premise is great, I just wish I noticed some changes

McDonald’s is not usually my go to brand and I was quite pleasantly surprised of how good the dark roast tasted. Sometimes I find McDonald’s in store coffee, a little bitter, but I did not find the instant coffee like that at all.
I added a splash of creamer and my coffee has a delicious bold taste. It’s Smooth and has a pleasant aftertaste. It’s actually preferable to the brand that I drink now.

She gave this a 5 star and I have to agree! Chapman’s has always had quality products so I’m not surprised this one was as delicious as it was.

I was short on time the other night and needed something quick for my daughter and I for part of our dinner.
I had bought @annieshomegrown vegan Mac and cheese for situations like this.
I was honestly impressed at how good it tasted. I didn’t find it tasted very artificial as opposed to how most fake cheeses do. It was creamy and literally just as easy to make as normal mac & cheese. I’m definitely going to buy it and make it again.

I was excited to try this sensitive toothpaste! I loved that the end of the tube was "locked" and you needed the cap to unlock it. I do have sensitive teeth so I typically use toothpaste like this. Now I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but when I first started using it, my teeth got super sensitive. It took a few days before the sensitivity went away. All in all, the flavour was good and my teeth felt clean, so it did its job. -

This omega 3 had such a good flavour!! (I tried it as well as my daughter) At first I worried that she would not like it but once I tried it and let her know that it tasted like a popsicle, she gobbled it up. So they really did a wonderful job formulating the flavour of this.
There are lots of different ways to administer this supplement, in smoothies, etc but it tasted so good she just took it with a spoon.
I love that it’s a combination of #omega3 and #VitaminD.

I have been taking this supplement (which I got for free to review from @thisisbutterly). I’ve taken it nightly for the past week to see if my sleep improves. And so far I am very impressed.
I have been taking GABA and was told to start taking Magnesium when the universe brought this sample into my life. It was perfect timing.
I feel like I am falling asleep faster and staying asleep during the night, which is a life saver. Plus it’s a capsule, making it easy to swallow.
