The Becca hydra-mist set and refresh powder is one of the best powders I’ve used.
I just used a little under my eyes and then in spots I really want my makeup to last all day.
It blew my mind the first time I used it! How does a powder feel wet upon application?! It sounds crazy but that’s what happens!
I used the translucent shade. They tend to oxidize on me, but this time it didn’t. My under eyes looked completely airbrushed! All. Day. Long! It made my face look and feel so smooth! (Except for my own textured areas)
I think using a little vs a lot helps if you have wrinkles. It did allow makeup to settle in the deeper lines on my face. That also could of been from my own application of the product.
Overall, this is a powder I’ll be using over and over!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect foundation for my skin for several years now.

I only recently bought it so I can only attest to the last couple to months.
I have a really hard time finding a match to my skin tone (very fair with cool undertones). I finally found my perfect shade!! That NEVER pulls orange ( others always oxidized on me!). It looks just like my skin. I learned that through the summer months I like to wear thinner foundations. This has the perfect amount of coverage that evens out your skin tone!
You get less than an ounce of product, which means you’ll need to buy more faster. However, the price won’t beat up your debit card! They’re $12 CAD! ColourPop has deals all the time and I recently got it on sale for $9 CAD!!!
They have a large selection of shades (42). They could extend the line with a few more deep to deep dark tones, but they do have a nice gradient collection for a first launch!
The formula wears so nice. It’s a skin like finish with the right amount of shine. I prefer to set mine because I do get oily throughout the day in this heat! Even with setting it I find it doesn’t get too matte or dry (we don’t need it to show texture, yikes!).

I use the body mist after I get out of the shower. I find that application lasts longer.
A lot of people have been asking me what I’ve been wearing and I have been recommending it to anyone and everyone that asks.
It’s is on the higher end but definitely worth it in my opinion.

This hand/body cream is absolutely delicious! (Disclaimer: do NOT eat!) But it smells so good you’ll be tempted! You will melt over the smell. It smells like a dessert with the notes being caramel and pistachios.
When you put it on your skin (if dry) it absorbs immediately leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth without feeling greasy or waxy.
I experienced healing in cracked fingertips from harsh cold Canadian winter!
Higher in price but if you’re looking to splurge on yourself, this is the product!!

But the last time I ate one I found the chocolate tasted different. Almost like it wasn’t as smooth as it was before.
I’ve always heard that they taste different in other countries so I’m curious if they’ve changed the chocolate to something from another country?
I don’t buy them as often now.

I have a lot to say about this foundation. I love it and I struggle with it. Before my skin started to change it was flawless! It looked like my own skin. Not dry. I got compliments ALL THE TIME!
My skin is in the middle of changing - dryness, texture, redness- you name it. It covers my redness very well, even though it still shows my freckles. It’s buildable BUT can get patchy on dry areas, but if I over moisturize it starts to lift & not stick to my face (this is just my experience & I could be doing something completely wrong). We are in the middle of a freezing cold Canadian winter so I started to mix it with a dewy foundation and it is looking a million times better!
So I’m not going to knock points for Mother Nature and what she’s doing to my face.
The price is fair. You can get away with two and a half pumps. The bottle is beautiful (if packaging is your thing) - Frosted glass, heavy!
I buy my fair ass shade 120 at Sephora! Their shade range!! I didn’t even get into that! They have just extended their range to 50 shades with all kinds of undertones & shades! You should be able to find your match!

I’m giving this 5’s all around! For the entire collection it was $39 (Canadian).

Best dish soap to get the job done! I have tried using other liquid dish soaps but they just don’t work as well. You don’t have to use as much soap as you do with most! No presoaking needing! It’s the only kind I buy!
