I was getting hungry at work and remembered I brought my sample of Premier Protein. It was the perfect in between meals snack! It filled me for hours! It has 30 grams of protein! 30 GRAMS!! Only 160 calories, 1 g sugar, plus it's low in fat and it carries 24 vitamins and minerals!! That's more than I get by eating my daily dose of fruits and veggies! I haven't even let you know about the taste... usually these have a bad after taste. For me, this was like an adult multivitamin chocolate milk. There wasn't an after taste what so ever! I've come to discover that Honey Nut Cheerios (and MANY other companies) claim to be "gluten free" on their packaging. As I do more & more research for my husband, who was diagnosed with Celiac disease, I am finding that many companies slap "gluten free" on their products even though their facilities are NOT gluten free. Leaving cross contamination chances a high risk factor. My husband is a cereal addict, the picture included is a one month supply so I'm sure it was a hit to their supply chain lol -

I prefer for the curls to look like they didn't need any help and that what this intense curl cream does. I do pair it with other Moroccan products to achieve flawless hair! I couldn't help but "ouu & ahh" when I put it on my cheeks! It has the perfect amount of shimmer so that it doesn't over power your face and the pink/peach undertones give the best natural flushed look! -
