Lypsyl lip balm extra sensitive

Addictive - & not in a good way! I've always had chapped lips year-round & for years I thought this was the only product that worked for me because when I would try other brands of lip balm sticks, none of them soothed my lips like Lypsyl. However, I noticed that my lips were actually just so addicted to this particular product that not only would they not accept other chapped lip sticks, but I had to apply Lypsyl every hour! When you apply it, Lypsyl makes your lips feel good at first, but then it must actually dry them out quickly too, because I was going through those sticks like crazy & my lips would hurt so bad if I went more than 2 hours without. (Don't let the cheap price deceive you as you'll end up using it 3 times faster anyway, so in the long run it will cost you more.) Since then I used vitamin E oil as recommended by a pharmacist, which helped in the transition process, & now I use Vaseline lip therapy just a few times a day & it actually works the way it's supposed to. -

I finally found something that soothes my incredibly dry, flaky lips - & this is it! Even in the summer my lips get pretty chapped & peel, so you can imagine how much worse it is during a Canadian winter. And although this product hasn't stopped that for good, it's the best product I've tried that helps calm down my lips. Before using vaseline, I use other traditional chap sticks, primarily Lipsyl - which I think I got addicted to because I had to reapply it nearly every hour! Since then, I only need to apply vaseline a few times a day & they don't get as painfully chapped. -

Such a great hand cream! Even when I was a little kid I would get such dry & cracked hands in the winter that I had to wear greasy lotion with gloves at night (though I stopped doing this several years ago). Since then I've tried dozens of different lotions for both hand & body through the years. I was so excited when I tried this one last winter that I raved about it to my mom & she was so happy that I finally found something that actually works for me! It certainly isn't cheap to buy, but it's so effective that you don't need to use much at all. Even in the winter, the small tube lasted me several months, & I found that I didn't need to re-apply it nearly as often as other lotions & hand creams. -

Absolutely love it! I've had terribly dry & itchy skin my whole life, especially after shaving my legs. I've tried dozens of different lotions through the years & this is the 1st one that I'm actually completely satisfied with. Others may be good at first, but my legs seems to build an immunity to them over time, & eventually they stop working for me. However, I've used a few bottles of this lotion now & so far so good (knock on wood)! Recently I was shocked to discover they sell this amazing lotion at the Dollarama for just a few bucks! -

I only just discovered this product within the past year, but I'm so glad I finally found 'the one'! I can't leave the house without my full foundation routine, & this pressed powder gives me the finished look I so desire. I am prone to an oily T-zone, & I find that this mattifies my skin just the way I like it for several hours. If I'm going out in the evening, I do need to re-apply at least on my nose, but it helps control the shine better & longer than any other pressed powder I've tried in the past, & the price can't be beat! -

This product does work quite well & I used it for several years. I only recently switched once various companies released BB creams, in an attempt to help improve my skin, not just cover it up. However, this is still a good option for those who want a basic foundation that will do the trick without spending much, but at this stage in my life I feel like I've grown out of this foundation as it was used during my teenage years. -

Though I could see some people liking this product, it just wasn't for me. -

Though they're not as cheap as making your own traditional cake, they certainly are competitively priced in comparison to other store-bought cakes, & I think they're a must-have at least once or twice every summer.
