I got this pump from the US but it is so good. Much cheaper than a lot of the competition and easy to use. Only downside is that it needs to remain plugged in.

Organika Ma’s Milk is supposed to increase breast milk production for lactating women. It contains fenugreek which a lot of women try to avoid but also moringa and blessed thistle. I noticed a slight increase when using these supplements
