I was sent this Vileda EasyWring Rinse Clean Spin Mop for free to try. This cleaning system retails for approx. $59.99 in store. Set up was super easy. There is a reservoir that you fill with your water and cleaning solution which is then capped. On the side of the clean water part of the bucket there is a little lever that you lift which pulls clean water out of the reservoir and into the bucket. You dip your mop head in the water and then move to the wringing area. This feature is great since it keeps your clean and dirty water separate. No more dipping and rinsing in the same water. Set the mop in the spinner and use the handy foot pedal to spin the excess water out of the mop. The mop head is triangular shaped which is great for corners that may be hard to get into. It is also easily removable, washable and replaceable. I have a large amount of floors to wash and so would have been happier with a larger mop head to cover a little more space each time. I think for an apartment/cottage/trailer this would be the perfect. The handle is telescopic so you can adjust the height for easy use. The dirty mop water is contained in the bottom bucket and the two seperate very easily for drainage, clean up and storage. Free Sample of Nutrience Care - Calm & Comfort came in the mail the other day. Since it's not enough to feed the dog we are using it as a treat. My dogs are on a raw diet but do get some kibble and cookies as a fun thing once in a while. I also have dogs with anxiety issues so this was something I thought I would check out when picking which formula I wanted to try. First thing I needed was for it to be a Grain Free food (also gluten free). This blend of food contains additives that help with Serotonin and Dopamine production which may help with mood. This food also comes with smaller pieces in it called Digestiboost which as you would think from the name are suppose to help with better digestion for the dog (ingredients such as pumpkin, chia, ginger etc.). The product can be purchased at PetSmart for between $27-79.00 depending on the size of the bag. Now obviously the sample size isn't enough to get a true idea of the health benefits for the dogs, but they do love them as a treat. I haven't noticed any adverse effects from giving this to the dogs. My dogs also have ear allergies and can be sensitive to even 1 cookie if it has the wrong ingredients and we have had no issues. I grabbed this Sleep Eye Mask from Amazon. I have tried other masks and part of the issue I always have is the bands are never tight enough and not adjustable. So I have had them break or they just fall off because it's not snug. This mask has a good secure fitting band that is just over an inch thick and is adjustable. The mask is 3D in shape with the outside of the mask flat but the part against your eyes being contoured. The contoured parts are made of a soft memory foam and is so comfortable. It is indented at the eyes so you don't have the feeling of a mask squishing on your eyelids. You can fully open your eyes while wearing this mask (if you wanted too) and you can't feel the mask. It fits great on the bridge of your nose and because there is a thick contour there as well does not slip up or down your face while sleeping. It is also a complete black out mask. No light gets through at all when fitted properly. The mask is not heavy to wear and does not hold heat; which is great because who wants a sweaty face. My husband and I both tried this and will be buying a second one. This mask is priced at $14.96 right now on Amazon with of course free shipping through Prime. Highly recommended. Sold by SeugSun -

I got to do a 15 day trial of Riversol for free. The kit included Gel Cleanser, Anti-Aging Reparative Serum, Daily Moisturizing Cream and 1 application of Glycolic Peel. The cost on their website for the full size kit is $139.00 + $44.00 for the Peel. The claim is that the regimen will reduce the look of wrinkles and fine lines, helps with dark spots, sun damage and uneven skin tone. In the 1st week you use the cleanser and the moisturizer once per day. In week 2 You continue as in week 1 but add in the use of the serum every other day after cleansing. In week 3 you continue once per day cleanse, and moisturize but now also use the serum daily. At 5 weeks you move to using all 3 products 2x a day. If you are also using the Glycolic Peel you add that in at 2x a week after week 3. The peel wasn't what I expected as it was a cream based peel that you leave on for 20 minutes and then wipe off with a soft cloth. I started the review by taking photos daily after my routine but the photos won't be posted as it did the product no justice. I ended up having massive breakouts while using this product. That said I did find my skin to be softer and smoother. I have some scarring etc from acne in the past and I definitely noticed that those discoloured areas were far less noticeable. I don't feel old by any stretch but have started to notice some lines developing and with how smooth my skin was they also were barely there. The trial itself also found me with way more cream and serum than was needed by not enough cleanser. So in fairness I was only able to use the cleanser for about half the time. I was sparse with the cleanser as well, it says to use about a dime's worth and I used half that and still ran out. I also found that the skin care routine in full takes a fair amount of time if your busy. I would have loved a scented product but thats me. This product is scent free. This product is made for sensitive skin and is hypoallergenic. Riversol offers a range of products on their website so check it out. It's a little more than I love spending on a skin care routine and due to the acne breakout for me I likely won't purchase this exact trio for myself, I do recommend contacting and getting the 15 day trial to see how it works for you. -

I got to try a 2L carton of a2 2% Milk from @chickadvisor #productreviewclub this week. As someone who can drink milk but pays dearly for doing so most of, if not all the time as I have a milk allergy; I can say this was welcome in my diet. I had far less digestive reaction to drinking this milk and I made sure to use a good amount. I had flavoured milk, cereal, used it to cook etc. which would normally have me in pain and in the bathroom. I taste only a very slight difference between this and my regular brand of 2% milk; to such a small degree that I can't even pinpoint what the difference is. The milk is delicious. I like that a2 cares about the humane treatment of animals on their farms. This is something that is near and dear to my heart. Our family has been trying to incorporate more vegetarian option foods; so the care and respect of the animals that do provide us food is important. a2 milk is still milk so does contain lactose (but may cause less digestion issues due to the lack of the a1 protein). It also still contains whey so a2 recommends if you have an allergy to whey this milk wouldn't be a good alternative. What I didn't love was the availability, it was only available in 2 stores in town, but with more exposure I am sure it could be made available to more stores. I also was not fond of the price point; the 2L carton costs $6.09 at Loblaws which is approx. $2.00 more than a 2L of other brands of milk. Comparing nutritional facts with 2 other brands of 2% milk a2 was on par in regards to Calories (130), Fat (5.0g), Cholesterol (20mg), Carbohydrates (12g), Protein (9g), Sodium (120mg). a2 does offer a 2-5% higher amount of Vitamin A, 7% Potassium when the others had none, 1% iron when the others had none; but had only 23% Calcium vs. 30% in the others and 13% Vitamin D compared to 45%.
Overall I would say this was a decent milk with a few negatives. If you love milk and can't drink regular milk I would say give it a try and see if the benefit of no a1 protein is helpful for you.
