I find it almost always helps make me relaxed and more ready for sleep as well as helps me stay asleep vs when I don't take anything. I use tablets as well but the gummies are fun. I love Berry gummies and these do not taste medicinal at all so keep away from the kids because even I think they are candy :) -

These are the only pads I will ever buy again unless somehow someone makes them even better but I can't imagine. I have always used Always brand pads as I just found they had better selection and were thinner than most. However in recent years the pads have been causing me unreal rashes and felt like it was holding moisture and it was just so uncomfortable. These new material (flexfoam) wick away all moisture and honestly sometimes more than you think it did until you remove it. It is soft and breathes much better. I have no itch, I don't feel like I am wearing plastic. I highly recommend this product. -

I got this Systane Complete Lubricant Eye Drops from Amazon as a free sample. My husband and I tend to both have itchy eyes and use drops regularly as it is. These drops are Water and Lipid based which helps keep the eye hydrated longer. We used the drops 1x a day. It worked well, no itch noticed and our eyes didn't seem to dry out for most of they day. We wear glasses but this does say that it is safe for use with contacts. I did notice in one eye when I put the drop in it stung, but it was only one eye and my husband had no stinging. The drops are smaller when coming out so I noticed a lot less dripping down my face so less waste; which is good. Compared to other drops of the Systane brand this type is not preservative free, is not for Severe dry eyes and does not contain Hyaluronate (helps restore damaged cells on the surface of the eye). The Amazon price for this product is $19.97 for 2 10Ml bottles which is the same price as Walmart. -

I bought these little Boost drinks to help with weight loss. I used them as meal replacements for certain meals to ensure I was getting nutritional components ie. vitamins. I alternated between this and another brand. This was the brand I least liked. They were less than $10.00 for 6. The price value could be better. You taste the Chocolate flavor (the only kind I like) but its very vitamin tasting. Its not terrible but I rather not have that flavor and my other brand has all the benefits without that taste. The boost was also thin like a milk consistency which left me feeling hungry. Again my other brand was quite thick and satisfies longer. -

So these are the only cough drop brand we use. I love the honey and lemon flavor but also that they provide a bit of numbing to your sore throat. They are approximately $9.00 for a box of 32. These are lifesavers when sick for sure.

I tried this Magnesium Supplement by Garden of Life. I was excited because I very recently tried a different drink of the same type from another brand and was happy with results. What stood out to me with this one is that it appears to have the same ingredients but also added good gut health probiotics. I liked that I was sent an entire container rather than just a one day sample. This gave me time to actually give it a fair trial. I was interested in this product because I have a hard time sleeping most nights, muscle aches many times after a work out and pro biotics would hopefully be helpful to my gut health issues. The taste was quite medicinal and sour (Raspberry Lemon) so even mixed with a citrus juice the after taste was not pleasant to me, but I drank it quickly and just chased with a small amount of juice to help with that. For some reason I didn't feel like I got the calming effects that help you sleep like I did with the other brand even though they have the same amount of Magnesium. I have not found much relief to restless leg or sore muscles either unfortunately. As for the gut health I noticed I was taking a lot more trips to the washroom within the 24 hours post use, but not every time, but going was easier., maybe too easy. The directions for use state to put 1 teaspoon of the powder in 1 cup of room temperature water and stir to dissolve; over and over I tried this increasing the temp of the water on each use until I was using hot water and it does not dissolve completely. I had multiple chunks of powder that I had to break up with a spoon. A search of online shopping for this product and container size seems to range between $30.-40.00 average. I am just not sure I could recommend paying this for this product based on the results of my trial alone.

I got this Memory Foam Wedge Cushion from @everlasting_comfort the other day to try and review. I chose this product for a couple of reasons. 1. I am working from home when I can and spending a lot more time sitting at a kitchen table which gets uncomfortable pretty quickly. 2. I have a spot on my tailbone that causes me lots of pain when I am am doing workouts that put pressure on that spot. I am in love with this cushion 😍. This cushion allows me to do my work without needing to shift positions every 5 minutes. I used it to work out and it is perfect. I tucked it just under my tailbone and now I have no pressure or pain in that area, allowing me a better more full workout. The product itself has an easy removable cover for washing. The bottom is non-slip rubber so it stays where you put it. The memory foam gets warm from your body heat and moulds perfectly to your body. This company also stands by their product and comes with a lifetime warranty. Of course that is not a service I have personally used but the card states hassle free replacements which to me shows that @everlasting_comfort stands behind the longevity and quality of the product. The cost through #amazon was approximately 💲30.00 and for a lifetime guarantee and the comfort this has already provided me makes this well worth the price.

I was given a pack of 2 Sunlight Advanced Dishwasher Detergent Power Pacs to try. I use a different brand of dishwasher tabs normally. I like these pacs. My dishes were nice and clean which they generally are anyway after washing...but the dishes and the washer smelled clean and fresh. Not an overpowered scent just a good clean light scent. I can't say my regular brand does that. Normally I open the dishwasher and it doesn't smell like anything and sometimes a little stale. My glasses and silverware were in fact spot free which again is not always the case with my regular brand. The price for these appears to be approximately 💲18.00 not on sale for 72 pacs. My household has 5 adults and we run the dishwasher about every 2nd or 3rd day. This means the 72 pack would last about 6 months. I think that is a pretty reasonable price for a good product.
