Thursday Plantations Tea Tree oil is the best. It has so many uses and is great for sensitive skin. It helped my acne by bringing down the inflammation overnight and helped dry them out. It stopped the itching and irritation from bug bites and has been helping with the look of my discoloured big toenails from bad circulation and trauma. This is an oil I can trust from their extensive quality assurance process during manufacturing, plus, it’s made in Australia so you know it’s great quality farmed teatree. Highly recommend as a staple oil for all its antiseptic properties.

I don’t get many breakouts but get the odd pimple here and there and they always scar. I applied the smaller pimple patch to fit my pimple for a couple days in a row, the inflammation went down within one day and some contents were absorbed into the patch, the second day the redness was almost gone. I didn’t bother putting on more at that time as it was basically gone. I can tell I won’t have any mark or scar left behind as well. These are so gentle on my sensitive skin. I love that it has salicylic acid to help kill the pimple and soothing ingredients such as Centella and Green Tea extract. The product is also free of many nasty things that could further irritate the skin which I enjoy. The packaging is convenient, coming in 2 sizes to fit your pimple needs. These are basically invisible and flat enough that you could wear them under makeup if you wanted to.

I love that the squares feature all the things we love about original Ferrero, the crunchy hazelnuts, the creamy smooth centre and the decadent chocolate. These are so convenient as well and will make a great gift idea. -

I love how luxe L’Occitane products and packaging is, especially this oils glass pump bottle making it super easy to control the amount of product needed. The smell was heavenly with its warm, sweet, lightweight almond oil fragrance, which no wonder is very popular in their other products. I also have very sensitive skin, this never irritated or caused rashes like a lot of products with fragrance can do. The oil absorbed quickly, left my skin plump and glowy and helped firm the skin on my mom’s hands! I have noticed a reduction in scarring and increased healing time for my cat scratches on my hands and arms from my job as well so I can see why this might be a great product for stretch marks. Overall a beautiful, luxurious product that works and smells great!

I received this free from Butterly and AOR. I had a femur fracture injury back in 2021 and was excited to try this supplement for my chronic pain and lower density. I haven’t noticed too much difference after a couple weeks of taking daily, but my leg does seem to be feeling stable, not as much pain after use; possibly related to the supplement, I’m not sure. These capsules are super small and are easy to swallow. AOR is Canadian so I am happy to support this science backed company.

I’m not a coffee drinker so I think that makes me a pretty good judge of flavour. This was delicious tasting. Fantastic for people who are dairy free. The oatmilk tasted delicious in this. The maple syrup in this was not overpowering and reminded me of an ice cap kind of, with less sweetness and an espresso flavour. The flavour of this did not bother me at all despite me not being a fan of coffee. I love that this dairy free coffee beverage is Canadian and locally made, as well as its cute convenient packaging for easy travel. -

I haven’t used a pain relief cream in a long time so I was happy to receive this which my chronic knee and muscle pain/aches I get. I applied this on my affected knee, it absorbed quickly, had very little fragrance and was non grease. Even better, it worked almost instantly so I could get back to walks with my dog pain free. I love that this product is Canada and will happily support this company in the future. -

I haven’t been taking these long so I can’t comment on their ability to help cognitive function and heart health but I love that these softgels are odourless, and easy to swallow. I have difficulty with reflux issues and swallowing large pills, these cause no issue even when taking 2 at a time! I love that NOW is a Canadian company as well so I feel happy to support my health locally. -

The family loves adding a little bit of heat to our food. I had never tried a hot honey before so I was very excited. This is exactly what it sounds like, it leaves a little “sting” or “zing” on the tongue but has a sweet premium honey taste. I feel this would be good on meat but as I’m vegetarian I only tried on some rice and pizza, which I feel wasn’t the best fit. I will keep continuing to try this on food until I find the best fit but I did like the flavour and the perfect amount of heat to it. I found it wasn’t overwhelming the amount of spice which I prefer to be able to taste the flavours. I love that this product is from Canada and is premium honey from the forest! The packaging is super cool as well, it stands out in our collection and comes in a big bottle to last you some time.

I’ve been using the OrthoSil caps for the last 2 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference. My nails are growing very fast and my hair has a tonne of new growth. I do feel this is making my hair more soft and grow faster. I haven’t yet noticed a change in my skin. I look forward to continuing use of these caps. I love that these are Canadian as well, AOR is a leader in supplements.
