Ferrero Rocher is my favourite chocolate. I love the mix of hazelnuts into my chocolate and crunchiness. The 3 samples were all delicious and a great option for families with different palettes. I love that the squares feature all the things we love about original Ferrero, the crunchy hazelnuts, the creamy smooth centre and the decadent chocolate. These are so convenient as well and will make a great gift idea. -

I’m not a coffee drinker so I think that makes me a pretty good judge of flavour. This was delicious tasting. Fantastic for people who are dairy free. The oatmilk tasted delicious in this. The maple syrup in this was not overpowering and reminded me of an ice cap kind of, with less sweetness and an espresso flavour. The flavour of this did not bother me at all despite me not being a fan of coffee. I love that this dairy free coffee beverage is Canadian and locally made, as well as its cute convenient packaging for easy travel. -

I haven’t used a pain relief cream in a long time so I was happy to receive this which my chronic knee and muscle pain/aches I get. I applied this on my affected knee, it absorbed quickly, had very little fragrance and was non grease. Even better, it worked almost instantly so I could get back to walks with my dog pain free. I love that this product is Canada and will happily support this company in the future. -

I haven’t been taking these long so I can’t comment on their ability to help cognitive function and heart health but I love that these softgels are odourless, and easy to swallow. I have difficulty with reflux issues and swallowing large pills, these cause no issue even when taking 2 at a time! I love that NOW is a Canadian company as well so I feel happy to support my health locally. -

The family loves adding a little bit of heat to our food. I had never tried a hot honey before so I was very excited. This is exactly what it sounds like, it leaves a little “sting” or “zing” on the tongue but has a sweet premium honey taste. I feel this would be good on meat but as I’m vegetarian I only tried on some rice and pizza, which I feel wasn’t the best fit. I will keep continuing to try this on food until I find the best fit but I did like the flavour and the perfect amount of heat to it. I found it wasn’t overwhelming the amount of spice which I prefer to be able to taste the flavours. I love that this product is from Canada and is premium honey from the forest! The packaging is super cool as well, it stands out in our collection and comes in a big bottle to last you some time.

I’ve been using the OrthoSil caps for the last 2 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference. My nails are growing very fast and my hair has a tonne of new growth. I do feel this is making my hair more soft and grow faster. I haven’t yet noticed a change in my skin. I look forward to continuing use of these caps. I love that these are Canadian as well, AOR is a leader in supplements.

It’s rated for 400lbs which I cannot attest to as I’m only 150lbs. The wheels turn 360 which make it a lot easier to maneuver under your vehicles. The 4” wheels may make it difficult to get under cars as the creeper does sit up high, but for other vehicles this is a great, supportive option. I will be gifting this to my mechanic brother who is always working on large vehicles and machinery. -

I took these either once or twice a day after meals and found them to really help with my bloating. I have IBS so most foods will make me bloated and retain water. These capsules are not too big so they were easy enough to swallow. Beware that they do make your stools very dark, don’t be alarmed by this if no other underlying issues. Great product that came just in time for the holiday feasts! I bring them with me to all parties. -

I forgot my old teacher at my old job, but no worries, this one is way better quality and much longer. I’m only 5’1 so having this is helpful in more ways than one; as you can see it even helped me put the start on the tree! love the locking features and that it’s easy to put away as well. I received this multivitamin free from Butterly and Swiss Natural in exchange for my honest review, I’ve only been taking this about 1.5 weeks so it’s hard to judge its effectiveness. I am B12 and Vit D deficient and have some arthritis and lower bone density so this product came at a perfect time. I haven’t noticed much difference in my energy levels yet but I’m sure after taking consistently for a month I will see a difference. This multi vitamin does not give me stomach upset but does cause some constipation due to the iron content. Overall a good product that’s fairly easy to swallow with the smooth outer coating. -
