I received this product for free as part of a promotion with Butterly.
I’ve been trying out the Swiss Naturals Total One Women’s Multivitamin and I am really liking it.
When i opened the bottle first thing I noticed is that It didn't have any strong vitamin smell (that's one thing that normally turns me away from multivitamins) These multi vitamins have a very light cranberry scent, it's pleasant to the nose and they don't have a nasty after taste. The pill size is smaller than some of the other brands on the market and i find them easy to swallow. They do have a score in the middle if needing to break in half or to divide the dose in half.
I love that these are Canadian made with no artificial colours or artifical flavours and they contain cranberry which is known for supporting bladder and vaginal health. They haven’t upset my stomach at all like some of the other brands I have tried in the past. I'm very pleased with these and will be purchasing when my bottle runs low.
I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a reliable one a day multivitamin for women that fits into your wellness routine.

This serum goes on smooth and doesn't feel greasy or heavy and it absorbed into my skin instantly leaving my skin feeling smooth and silky soft. I have used this for several day now and I have not had any irritation or acne and my skin looks more plump and healthy. I definitely recommend -
