I appreciate this opportunity to try these multivitamins because I’ve been feeling a bit rundown with studies lately. This has B12, iron, cranberry and folic acid among a myriad of other important and essential vitamins so it’s something I make time for daily in order to get myself off to a better start. I feel like I’m nodding off less, and without depending on caffeine to do it.

I’ve been taking this product for about a week now , for me I have found better absorption retention Happens when I take the supplement in the afternoon. Only side effects I’ve noticed so far is that my urine is bright yellow in color and smells of vitamins . I have noticed a slight increase in energy and rather enjoy that the pills don’t smell or taste bad . They’re also easy to swallow. I’m rather looking forward to seeing how they fair against the pre-menopause symptoms. Taking back my health is a priority and I feel these vitamins will be a good start in that direction.

J'ai reçu gratuitement les Multivitamines et minéraux pour femme de Swiss naturel. Ils étaient faciles à avaler à l’aide de mon verre d'eau le matin avec mon déjeuner. J’ai beaucoup aimé qu’ils contenaient de la vitamine D, puisque c’est la vitamine qu’on a besoin avec le temps doux. De plus il y avait de la canneberge, de l’acide folique et du fer pour une santé optimale.

Nice and easy

Have been taking it with lunch for a week and found myself with higher energy level at the end of the day. Besides, it's handy as I just take one per day and its easy to swallow.

Total One Women’s Multivitamin, great!

I received this product for free as part of a promotion with Butterly.
I’ve been trying out the Swiss Naturals Total One Women’s Multivitamin and I am really liking it.
When i opened the bottle first thing I noticed is that It didn't have any strong vitamin smell (that's one thing that normally turns me away from multivitamins) These multi vitamins have a very light cranberry scent, it's pleasant to the nose and they don't have a nasty after taste. The pill size is smaller than some of the other brands on the market and i find them easy to swallow. They do have a score in the middle if needing to break in half or to divide the dose in half.
I love that these are Canadian made with no artificial colours or artifical flavours and they contain cranberry which is known for supporting bladder and vaginal health. They haven’t upset my stomach at all like some of the other brands I have tried in the past. I'm very pleased with these and will be purchasing when my bottle runs low.
I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a reliable one a day multivitamin for women that fits into your wellness routine.

Great multivitamin made for women

I was excited to try out this multivitamin created specifically for women under 50. It's made with no artificial colors, no preservatives, and has the added benefits of cranberry, vitamin C, and calcium. I found it easy to incorporate into my morning routine (take 1 daily). I feel like I am doing something positive for my health and getting a topup on the vitamins my body needs that I may not always get through my regular diet and routines.
