Totally loving my #garnierbiolover Lavandin Smooth & Glow Facial Oil!! I’ve incorporated this vegan oil into my skincare routine to help eliminate my dry summer skin 🌱 my favourite part? I get a kick-start of organic lavandin essential oil and organic Argan oil that smells AMAZING, without the greasy residue or pilling.
I’ve only given 4 stars because I have only been using this a few weeks and the jury is out on long term results but for a quick hit of moisture for dry summer skin?! Totally worth it!

I’ve really been trying to extend my time between shampoos to make the toner in my hair last longer. By day 3 (my limit!) I need some serious help to perk things up again. Being a blonde, my hair really shows dirt fast, but I’m able to refresh my hair with this Waterless Cleansing Foam from @batistecanada which smells AMAZING.
This cleanser really looks like a mousse, but the foam disappears into your hair and whisks away the oil buildup to give you that extra day before shampooing. It took me a few try’s to get the hang of how much to use and how to massage it into my roots, but because my hair shows dirt so quickly it’s been a lifesaver! I haven’t found my holy grail dry shampoo yet so this is doing the job in a pinch!

Ever since having my two boys, my menstrual cramps have gotten worse. I went from barely noticing anything (pre-mom) to a full day of deep, uncomfortable pain (now). This month I tried using Motrin, instead of my usual acetaminophen and I'm shocked at how much better Motrin was for treating my cramps. I also felt that the Liquid Gel formula worked quickly too. I've been using the wrong product for years! Now if it could only do something for my chocolate cravings...... ;) -
