I usually go for foaming soaps but I’ve bought a few of these and have been pleasantly surprised. I like that the bottle is weighted to the bottom so it doesn’t get knocked over as easily. I do wish the formula was a little thinner so it was easier to wash off. A good powder room soap. -

I was originally a Hardcore LU LU fan but my gosh are the expensive! When I found yoga pants at Costco, I figured why not?! The price is amazing, they LAST through a zillion washings and still look like new, and you don’t have to lay flat to dry. My only complaint is that their styles are pretty modest— grey black and blue sometimes a dark purple. I’d love to see a hot pink, orange or yellow pair! I always buy the cropped legging. -

I usually love ANYTHING NYX however this was a letdown for me. I found this liquid lipstick to be drying and the colours were very dark/neutral or too vibrant. There was a missing middle colour range.

Dove White Beauty Bar
I’m a fan of this classic beauty bar. I find it leaves my skin soft and I get no irritation from it which is important to me. I don’t find that the scent is strong but it does last. Much better value for money than liquid soap!

I’d like that there is no greasy feeling but I’m not giving full stars because I wish that the SPF factor was higher. Overall I am pleasantly surprised and probably keep a bottle on as backup. -

NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Lotion
I am a fan of Nivea creams and lotions, however I did not see any change in firmness of my skin, even after going through an entire bottle! It smells great and absorbs pretty quickly, but had no firming qualities. I would not buy this again.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm with Vitamin-E & Peppermint
I love using this lip balm under my glosses. It leaves no white residue and absorbs quickly. It’s not sticky at all, more of a silky feeling. I pop these in my family’s stockings at Christmas!
