Purchased several of Tomicca's Dip Powder's off Amazon. For what you get, the price is amazing. Many reviews have stated that the jars are small and you don't receive very much. I disagree as I would rather receive six 0.5oz colours for $29.99 CAD than two 2oz colours for $29.98 USD. I do my nails every week, but I like to switch up the colours every time.
As for the powders themselves, there are 50 different colours I can find on amazon. You can't buy them individually, you have to purchase either the sets of 4, 6, or 8. The colour palettes are good but I wish I could just buy them one by one as there are sets that have maybe one or two colours I want and the rest I wouldn't wear.
It doesn't state it really in the sets, but the clear powder needs to be purchased individually as the first layer of powder to help prevent breakage and cracking. Even with the clear powder base, I had to do five layers on a couple nails as the powder was reluctant to stick in some areas and stuck very thin in others. It was an easier dip powder to shape but you have to be careful as it's very easy to over-file.
I would recommend to a friend for at-home manicures for sure, it just takes some patience.

I bought Starry Night, Good night, and Hot Cocoa. I've used these products once so far, and compared to their competition I think they're amazing. Even when I do it at home, I feel like it is salon quality. I only had it on for a week (I do my nails often) but it did not chip or scratch, they looked like new all week. Plus, the powder stays on thick enough that I don't worry about thinning it out too much using the nail drill.I recommend leaving the activator for two minutes instead of one as it may come off in chunks if even a little wet. I would definitely recommend for at-home manicures as long as you have the proper equipment. -

Delivery was when it was scheduled to be delivered and my Voila teammate was quick and efficient. He called me five minutes before arriving and we decided to meet him outside as we live in an apartment complex. The produce I ordered was fresh and ripe and the cold items were still very cold. All in all it was very easy and proper.
That being said, the selection on the Sobey's website was not great. They did not have very many options in terms of meat and fresh produce. With the price of delivery added it seemed pretty expensive for how much I got, until the food actually got here. I guess it always seems like less when looking at it as a list. Also, the bags were so fully packed that two of them almost broke on the way up to the apartment.

Personally, I think $40 for this is pretty steep and don’t think it’s necessarily worth that much, pours the refills don’t last very long, depending on how much you use it, and they are expensive also. The pads need to be changed also and get gross really fast.
Glad I got it but it’s not as effective as I wanted it to be.

Bought this insect repellent recently at Canadian Tire for a hike, it was over $10 so I thought was was a bit expensive for what it is. When you put it on and cover yourself with it, it definitely works and and bugs don’t come around you, however I found myself reapplying after about on hour. I would have preferred it lasted longer. -

I have this elliptical because my old roommates left it behind after getting it at a flea market 7 years ago and for the most part it still works. I’ve brought it with me everywhere I’ve moved.
Currently it makes a lot of squeaking noises when in use but it probably just needs to be oiled, I will admit, it spent a lot of time in one place. The front screen also no longer works as the wires seemed to have been pulled out before I got it. I don’t know why the wires would be pulled, some people are just hooligans.
I think retail was around $160 and that’s not awful for an elliptical. If I were to oil it, it would work fine and do what it’s supposed to to. The resistance gets high enough for sure and the strides are alright for me and I am 5’8” and 140lbs. When I used it consistently (like 3 years ago lol) I would use it every morning and watch two episodes of The Mindy Project. It was quiet enough to not wake my roommates and a good enough work out to make my legs hurt the left day. Remember, this elliptical is most likely 10+ years old. Can’t wait to head to Canadian Tire and get some WD40 and lose this quarantine weight.

Have cooked with this a few times and it worked twice and not once. It was very strange as I used the same recipe.
All in all, when it does work, it doesn’t taste like much at all in your meal if you’re making a large amount. I wouldn’t use it for only two portions of Panna Cotta. It’s also quite expensive but from what I can see baking supply prices are up right now.
When I make the right amount of Panna Cotta it works out great, tastes delicious and does the job. It’s probably a me problem, being inexperienced.

50 cents at the store and you have a meal for two. The cheese has been tasting a little funkier over the years but still very good.

I need my tortilla chips to be dipable.

Lipton chicken noodle soup has been eaten in my family forever. My grandma gave it to my mom and my mom gave it to me and my sisters growing up whenever we needed a hot soup.
Staying home sick from school? Lipton chicken noodle
Looking for something easy to make? Lipton chicken noodle
Got your period and just feeling down? Lipton chicken noodle.
Obviously chicken noodle soup doesn’t actually help any of these things but it could always make them better. Full disclosure, there is no actual chicken in this soup and is a little bland if salt isn’t added, but those things can be fixed.
This brand of chicken soup, I hope, will be in my family for a lot longer to come. I love this soup. It tastes like home.
