Bought this as my Starbucks addiction is sooo bad ( figured cheaper to by and have at home ). This stuff is sooo good. Still a bit pricy, but cheaper than buying at store. My only issue… had it all in one sitting!? Be warned… it’s addictive!!... +

Cleo+Coco charcoal deodorant
I ordered this as an addition to my #Ipsy @Ipsy glambag. When I used it, I was beyond amazed! Not only does it kill swear and odour, the scent is like aromatherapy. Come in sustainable packaging, and just a fabulous product all around!

I had won a contest via Instagram from a Canadian company named Ironberry. After receiving their congrats email, they sent me some a small selection of some of the items they carry. I received one Ultimate Smoothie Mix, Ultimate Bites in 2 flavours, and Cranberry powder. The smoothie and bites have chia and fruit ( great protein ). The taste of the Ultimate collection is great tasting! I tried mixing the cranberry powder in my yogurt…. it’s fantastic! I like how their products are ethically sourced, natural is sustainability and ingredients, and so healthy and good. The customer service is as amazing as the product they create. A must try! #Ironberry -

I chose the duck, it was a 4 pound bag that was regularly $22. Took it home, as soon as I opened the bag the dog went nuts. Absolutely loved it, and almost ripped open the bag for more. Made with premium ingredients, no fillers… all animal. Comes in a vary wide variety of flavours…. Check out their website! -

I was flipping through breakfast spots on Skip The Dishes, and came across this spot. Has many choices of breakfast dishes, and all have a healthy spin on old favorites, and new ones too. I had the Get Shorty Rib Poutine ( duck confit roasted fingerling potatoes, poached eggs, short ribs bits, mushrooms, bell peppers, cheese curds and hollandaise sauce. An amazing dish, gotta try! -

I learned of a few other places besides Superstore that carried item ( got at Community Natural Foods ). The store has a wider selection of Primal Kitchen as well, so I went with the Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise ( which I wasn’t sure would work with coupon, but did ). It had a really great flavour, really livened up lunch sandwiches for sure. Had a bit of zing for sure, which I really liked. I also found it a bit lighter tasting than traditional mayonnaise. I definitely recommend. #GotItFree #Trynatual -
