I have been enjoying the helpful support Weliva Cimidona for 2 months now, and have felt the benefits in my body especially hot flash frequencies greatly reduced. I am so happy for the support during my menopausal phase. I have also noticed improvement in my sleep schedule. Feeling more rested, and I have more energy now. Super easy to add the Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal in to my daily routine. Helps me to stay active and healthier. A lot of different foods can cause me to have gas, bloating, pressure and even pain. One of those foods for me is turkey and at large family gatherings (20+people) during the holidays that is what is on the menu. I only eat the breast meat hoping for less gas, but that method was hit, or miss. Whether I am dining out, or enjoying a meal with friends in their homes. I eat gluten-free, but you can never know what, or how your food is prepared outside of your own kitchen. I have eaten at a few restaurants whose menus have gluten-free options, and not felt well afterwards. Similar experiences have occurred during dinner party’s at friends. I’m so thankful for everyone’s efforts, but sometimes it’s impossible to be 100% gluten-free when you’re not accustomed to cooking for others who need gluten-free. I have taken GluteGuard for just these types of occasions over this past few weeks, and the results have been amazingly wonderful.
