I love this product! It works well for my fine greasy hair. I use it so I don't have to wash my hair every day. It does not leave a white residue in my dark hair. It also adds a bit of texture if you're trying to style your hair. Would recommend.

This feels really nice on the skin and absorbs really nicely. There's a light scent that does not bother me. However it is a really pricey product and I feel you can find better if you are not looking for luxury. The packaging is pretty.

I love that it contains 30 g of protein and is easier to consume than protein bars. I find bars can be hard to eat because they don't taste very good but these shakes were delicious!
