This was so effective for menstrual cramps! I used this when I was getting cramps and they went away so quickly. The effect also lasted for hours which was great. I will keep this in my purse and restock when I run out.

I love that it contains 30 g of protein and is easier to consume than protein bars. I find bars can be hard to eat because they don't taste very good but these shakes were delicious! Will be buying in the future! -
